This hotel is a little gem. It is a combination of a few buildings together but have everything, is comfortable, convenient has a superb restaurant on site both inside and outside (by the riverside) which mad a nice pleasant experience. The parking is gated but limited

The reception is closed between 11:00pm and 7:00 am and no access, we were lucky on Sunday morning 7:00am check out there was somebody to open the door or they would be chasing us to pay up and get the key back.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access arriving by car and there are lots of free car parking spaces across the road in a public car park. It is only a 5 minute walk into St Dizier which is a delightful little town. The square which houses the Theatre is a very pleasant place to sit and while away an hour whilst having a drink or a bite to eat. The restaurant at the hotel is very good. We ate there on 2 evenings. Its always very popular with both residents and local people coming to eat which is always a good sign. Breakfast is as expected. Usual continental choices on offer.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay. The location is easy to find with plenty of free parking just opposite the hotel in a public car park. The room was basic but the bathroom looked as though it had recently been fitted out so was modern and clean. No kettle in the room but staff were happy to provide hot water for a welcome cup of tea in the room. A good sized balcony with table and chairs and good wi-fi connection. We decided to eat at the hotel and we had a really nice meal so would thoroughly recommend. The breakfast was quite simple and basic but adequate. The staff here though are amazing, so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother. If you're looking for a one night stop over, with a place to eat that provides good food, look no further.

A good traditional French hotel, ideal for our overnight stay on the way to Switzerland. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant; breakfast too was fine. The location was good, within easy walking distance of the centre and near the canal to watch the boats pass! Easy parking opposite the hotel

Staff were excellent, very engaging and helpful, even insisted on organising secure parking for my motorcycle which was very much appreciated. Room was really nice. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant has retained some original features and is a lovely place to have a meal. If I needed accommodation in this area in the future I would be delighted to stay here again.

Friendly welcome. Lovely room with a balcony. Large bathroom. Everything spotlessly clean. Free parking opposite the hotel. 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Excellent breakfast. We only stayed overnight, but will definitely book here again next year.

Easy and free on street parking. Friendly staff. Well placed, five minutes from the centre. Decent sized room with good shower. We had a good evening meal and breakfast

No aircon. But the room had a fan. A bit noisy as underneath a flightpath!

Great location, easy to find, safe parking for the motorbike. Lovely friendly helpful people. Plat de jour very good. Very good value.

As a budget option is very good value. It's not 5* and doesn't pretend to be. As long as you don't expect too much. This was my second stay and I'll definitely go back.
