Logis Hôtel du Midi - Rodez Centre-Ville

The hotel was well set out over 4 floors, the duty manager spoke good English and was helpful with directions and suggestions for an evening meal. Our bedroom overlooked the cathedral square and had a large very comfortable double bed the ensuite bathroom was clean and had a modern very effective shower with steady pressure and heat. The breakfast was a buffet style

The Rodez one way system is a nightmare, and it is easy to overshoot the hotel location and have to try and get around again. The evening we stayed the town had a fete taking place and the centre was closed off with security barriers which were beside the hotel, the music was varied, very loud and ended with rap group which kept us awake & concluded at 0300. Whilst this was beyond the hotel's control, had we known we could have made alternative arrangements.

The room was clean and correct, nice designe. there is power point near the desk. They provide hot water bottle to make a coffee upon request. The room was cosy and confortable. The location is good as it is in the real center of city. There is public transportations near by(you can walk down to train station but it is better to use buses to come here from the railway station because it is very hilly and you have to climb up). The price is good, it was reasonable.

I don't remember anything bad but maybe the fact that key is real key(not card), and it is not 24h reception although I didn't encounter ant problem.

Size or room was good and location close to the centre was good. Staff were friendly.

There were only 2 hangers in the room, ridiculous for a business trip of 4 nights stay. Took two days to find more. No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room which alternative accommodation similar rating offers. Breakfast was extra on top of room price making it more expensive than alternative accommodation with better facilities.

The location is very good, it is in the middle of city, there are shops around and well served by bus. The design of room is quite nice. The style is an old fashion french hotel but the rooms look renovated, it looks exactly like photos and everything looks new except the door. The room was clean, things I need such as a proper desk and well-working wifi (Wifi has a good security as well), power points(sockets) in good position, a comfortable bed were there, and the staffs are kind. This hotel was inexpesive with quite good quality so first and foremost it has a very good value for money for me.

I always love to have a tea and coffee maker in my room so it is pity that there wasn't. I think it would be nice to be able to borrow an electric kettle and cup from the recepion (I don't mind to pay for it as I am a big coffee drinker).

Location was exceptional, but it's easy to miss the turning for the car park. However it was great to have a private car parking space in the centre of town and it was cheap. Jean Charles was very helpful with an excellent manner. All the facilities were adequate.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Right next to the cathedral and with pleasant bars and restaurants a few metres away, this hotel had garage parking for our motorcyle. The room was comfortable and cool. Reception was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Good coffee. Good value for money.

It was central looking on to the cathedral. we only saw the receptionist but he was welcoming and helpful. our room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. There is also a convenient car park in the hotel which was a bonus.

The dining room wasn’t open on Friday and Saturday and that was disappointing and inconvenient.

We loved the location. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. We loved Rodez.

We didn't have breakfast. We had a look the morning we were leaving but weren't impressed and chose to breakfast outside.

Central location lose to cafes restaurants etc

Parking could be difficult but there was hotel parking for about 9 cars Pity there was only French TV Ok for me as I speak French but unfortunately my wife has very little

Excellent location, opposite the Cathedral, with good bars and restaurants nearby. Very welcoming staff and even have parking . Kindly let me park my car in the garage , thank you.
