B&B HOTEL Rennes Ouest Villejean

The room was good, beds very comfortable. It felt very secure and tidy. It was very easy to get to town on the bus and there were bus timetables in the lobby which was really helpful. The Breakfast was very nice and the yogurts were very delicious. It would definitely be a place we'd stop at again, excellent location and friendly staff.

I didn't like that the windows on the 4th floor opened fully, I felt that this could be unsafe if people leaned out or wanted to harm themselves. I didn't like that the baby chair for the breakfast was stored in the disabled toilet. It didn't feel very hygienic and might also stop the room from being very accessible for wheelchair users. The hotel was non-smoking, but the lobby still smelt like smoke, so maybe some signs to a smoking area would help to move smokers away from the entrance would be helpful.

1) Automatic check-in system is excellent. 2) Beds were very comfortable. 3) Room was clean enough. 4) The location is only 4-5 stops away from the center of Rennes by metro. 5) Parking area is wide and useful. 5) Very calm and quiet at night.

1) It was a little bit expensive than it should be. 2) Hair dryer is not located in the room, I had to retrieve it in the morning at reception. 3) Early check-in is not possible due to the automatic check-in system (Just be aware of that)

Good value for money. Room as expected for this chain. Simple stripped down to basic functionality. Bed super comfortable lighting good bathroom excellent. Very clean. Wifi fast great sound isolation. And you can open the window! Ability to auto check in useful but always appreciate having a receptionist. I was given a room with a better outlook which was much appreciated. Both staff members I met were very helpful. Location a long hike from the town centre but bus stop 50 m away with an excellent service.

It was the perfect accommodation for my short stay! Clean, modern, efficient and with at a very fair price!

The only thing worth mentioning that was not "perfect" would be the location, since it's a little way away from the city center. But since I was there with a car, this was no problem at all. Just be aware that walking to the center would probably take about half an hour.

We ware charged for 2 breakfast we didn’t have and I didn’t notice until later although I asked for a receipt but the man on reception couldn’t find the invoice and I was in a hurry so would you please refund my credit card T/u William Travers ref no 2499215442.

Perfect for a last-minute need for accommodation. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Quick and easy electronic system for late night check-in. It was exactly what we needed.

Excellent location, super check in experience; the girl was really professional and helpful. Very comfortable and spotless bedroom.

The breakfast ‘supervisor’ was not very pleasant. He was abrupt, somewhat rude, directive and not customer focussed. A poor breakfast experience because of that.

Hotel is 8 to 10 minutes walk from the terminus of a metro line so journey from hotel to/from the station is 25 to 30 minutes only. Very convenient and there is an all weather footpath from the hotel to the roundabout nearby.

towels were changed and we were only given 1 towel, reception hours limited so had to wait before getting second towel
