The facility has been recently built and the room we stayed in was extremely clean. There's everything you might need including the small kitchenette. The TV has chromecast so no issue in having something nice to watch in the evening :)

Perhaps some rooms could be better soundproof, especially those facing the entrance where lot of people might gather. The curtains might be enhanced to create a total darkness envinronment in the room to sleep better.

The little kitchenette meant I could prepare my own meals. There is a bioproducts store a few hundred meters away and a huge Labege 2 Carrefour based mall a little further. Excellent wifi and a chromecast facility set up so I did not have to be present for every presentation in the FIRA hybrid event.

The refrigerator was rather noisy. The doors to the stairs would shut with a loud crash, fortunately my room was further down the corridor. There are loads of eateries around but they were mainly franchised based rather than artisanal.

The hotel is close to the autoroute on the edge of Toulouse - which makes it convenient if you are driving through Toulouse and do not want to stop except to sleep. It was clean, everything seemed very new, the bathroom was very good as was the bedding. The rooms are compact. We would have preferred a family room but none were available so we had two rooms. The price for a double was quite reasonable. The location is on the outskirts of Toulouse in a semi-industrial zone with office buildings and a quite pleasant lake nearby. A plus was a large area of newish restaurants clustered around a zone for parking. Lots of variety and the one we chose, Il Popolo, was very good value. I assume that you could get in to central Toulouse if you wished using public transport - there were several bus stops near the hotel and a train station - Labege Innopole.

Some confusion on check in where we were given the key to a room that was already occupied (a surprise for the people in it when we barged in) but that was quickly solved.

Simple but comfortable and good size apartment. Convenient location, near the shopping mall and transportation and our wedding venue.

No free parking (while sufficient slots and not really fully secured, not closed by fences etc.). Little tiny cooking area in the studio and limited plates, cups.

Friedliness of staff. Small kitchen in the room. Quiet location.

Bathtub in the bathroom. Very high and not safe especially for elderly guests. Personnally find shower cabins much better.

The wifi was very good and I could work comfortably. Electric and charging plugs are also very well located. Staff is nice and helpful. A good number of shops and restaurants in the area. Access ti oublic transport is also very easy.

The shelving in the kitchenette are too high (or maybe I am too short). Had to use all shelves due to limited space but it was dangerous getting items from high up.

It seems these apartments have been recently completely refitted - excellent look and feel to the room with small but fully functioning mini-kitchen, Lovely clean modern feel to the place. Really great find, with some good restaurants and bars nearby, especially the micro-brewery "Les 3 Brasseurs"!

on our last stay there was a smoking smell in the room, but the staff was very helpful and took care of that offering ozone cleaning machine.
