Breakfast buffet is located inside the dining room, off the main lobby. It offers both continental and standard anglo saxon fares. The quality and consistency of the viennoiseries are excellent and consistent. Both standard and fresh squeezed juices are offered.A moddern hot drinks machine offers a variety of coffees; and chocolates. There also was a choice of 16different kinds of teas. The staff was pleasant and accomodating and willing to go out of their way to help the clients: A number a nicely placed tables were also available facing the pool and the very pleasant garden

We chose this Hotel due to reviews and also being in Prades it meant we could use it as a base and venture out and explore from here. The staff where very friendly and most helpful. A buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options (from scrambled eggs and bacon through to typical european breakfast options of salamis and cheese). We had a ground level room, with a little patio and easy access to the pool, umbrellas and loungers. Most of the hotel rooms have a great view of the Pyrenees. Plenty of parking available and easy access. Also suitable for those bringing or arriving by bike. We had dinner 3 x nights at the hotel - we were there in summer so chose to take our evening meal by the pool...plenty of selection, (usually one hot meat dish and fish dish to select from and plenty of variety of different salads, cold meats and cheeses and the buffet of desserts top quality (flans, cheesecakes, fruit salads, fresh fruit slices) Certainly value for money. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. Don't miss the Prades local markets held on a Tuesday morning... just a short walk from the Hotel and definitely worth going to.

Great location only a short walk into Prades town centre. Also within easy reach of other towns in the area and some lovely walks. Hotel was very quiet even though on a busy road.

The hotel doesn't have a lift which was a bit of a problem with heavy bags if you are on the first floor. The balcony could have been cleaner, clearly the previous occupant had been a smoker as we could see evidence of this.

We had a room on the pool side so from the little private terrace adjoining our room we could look out to the Mt Canigou - spectacular. Also as the hotel fronts towards a busy junction from our room on the other side of the building we could not hear any traffic noise.

It would have been nice to have been able to have the room door onto the terrace open at night but local cats would come in if we did. One jumped on our bed. Also on the last night there was outdoor decorative lights shining on the building changing colours which shone into our room. I used a little table to block the light.

The in-house restaurant was closed due to a staff shortage. Shame we weren't told as we would have factored this in. By the time we got out to find a restaurant they were all closing, despite being close by. Macdonald's provided food, but not our idea of a pleasant meal to end the day. Otherwise it is a recommendation.

A very well run hotel. Check in/out efficient. Room was clean, comfortable and Immaculately serviced every day. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool and gardens and a 10 minute walk to Prades centre for a good choice of restaurants . WiFi very good. Excellent touring base for the area.

Nothing, this was a perfect stay.

The pool, the view, the cleanliness of room, and staff. Very impressed by Vincent who made us feel really welcome and was a great help with helping throughout our stay. Also Noamy was very nice and it was great that she was able to speak so many languages.

Refurbished clean rooms with comfy real kingsize bed and view to pool. Nice bathroom amenities of "nuxe " brand. The hotel was not fully booked at all, so it was very quiet at night time. Free safe parking. Good WiFi. Restaurant in hotel and close to shops.

Synthetic duvets. Using the shower means flooding your own bathroom, the design is obviously more important than the use of it...

The location on the edge of Prades is brilliant as a base to explore the area. Beautiful pool area with stunning bougainvillia. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Local based buffet evening meal.

Staff not always on hand but understandable given the covid restrictions. Entry off road not clearly signed.

I had a great time. The staff was really friendly, the pool was nice and the garden was exceptionally beautiful.

There could have been more vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast.
