ibis budget Pontarlier

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable for an over night stop whilst traveling to switzerland. We were traveling with our very timid dog who was also welcomed there. Space around hotel to exercise him and a supermarket next door for fuel and supplies.

All good except for 1 thing. Hotel was new and very modern we didn't like the open shower/wash area we would have preferred a private separate bathroom in the room. Our preference though.

The room was very clean. I liked a shower and big mirrors with good light :) Bed was also comfortable

It’s not possible to make itself check-in by Apple Pay :( That’s should be written somewhere I think. For me it could have been a huge problem (because I never take my bank cards with me ) if my boyfriend didn’t have a bank card ( And it was 23 p.m. ).

We met two different persons at the reception, one girl on the evening and one guy on the following morning. Both were very kind and friendly; in particular the girl, Charline, was very helpful on many occasions, even when I asked questions that (as I realized later) I could easily have answered by myself!

It was exactly what we needed as a stop en route our rod trip to the alps. The location was really handy with a few supermarkets within a 3 minute walk away as well as some fast-food outlets for a lazy dinner. Parking was plentiful & staff were great :)

The room/facilities were a bit basic but that's exactly what we expected and paid for so not really a negative.

Pretty good and budget-friendly staying. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a good room temperature and great shower! Acoustic isolation to the other rooms and top floor is pretty good and we couldn't hear any noise, but those from the corridor. Breakfast was very good as well. Private uncovered parking was a bonus. Super market is just out of the door, and there are a few restaurants nearby (few minutes walking).

Only complaint goes to the noisy guests arriving and talking loudly at 2am!

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. I could borrow a hairdryer. Breakfast was good, and there was still a good choice when we came late.

Room was a little bit loud, we could hear neighbouring rooms showers and talks.

Well, first of all it's a budget Ibis. When in transit, quite perfect, good value for the money. Free parking, wifi excellent. Regular Ibis next door where you can have a meal.

Perfect hotel for 1 night stopover. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The check in/out was easy and staff were lovely. We recommend staying here is you want simple and clean.

The room was fairly small, but manageable.

Staff were very friendly, easy to find and a great location for us as we were going to Switzerland. Close to supermarkets as well.

The self check in didn’t work but staff sorted

Clean, location wise is great - close to petrol station, in front of Action and many others business entities.

Like the sister hotel in Nancy, the electricity plug is only at one side of the bed. Not ideal for those in double occupancy. The pillow is too soft and small
