location. although metro 9 goes directly to the trocadero, some stations where other metro lines intersect, the position itself is far away and some 23 stations approx. 40 minutes from the trocadero.

Clean, good size room, comfortable bed, good microwave oven, stove, dishes and cutlery. Quiet enough for Paris and for sleeping with the window open (august). The fan was very appreciated. We didn't use the laundry or the gym but they sure are a plus. If you travel by metro you can go almost anywhere in Paris (nearest metro station Porte de Montreuil, line 9). There are 3 food store nearby - Aldi (not worth it), Franprix, Carrefour city open until 9 p.m. so, no problem there.

The attention to details doesn't go as far as providing a kitchen sponge or liquid soap in the bathroom at the sink (in the shower it was ok). The neighbourghood was a little unsettling. We didn't travel late at night so it wasn't a problem

Everything was perfect! Excellent location near tram and 3 metro stations, in 30min you are in Paris center, very convenient location, quiet district; there is a supermarket just in the next door of the hotel. Breakfast was very good; the hotel is very clean, definitely recommend!

We stayed 5 days but during this time nobody came to clean the room or change the towels; there was a check in the door stating the cost of the cleaning services, which really surprised us as we expected cleaning if not every day, at least every other day.

Everything was great - stuff, location, cleanliness. Metro is 10 min walk, a lot of supermarkets and cafes around. The coolest feature, that wasn't mentioned in the description - the check-in time is pretty flexible. Our flight got delayed and we came to the place only at 1 am. Not sure, if there's always somebody in reception, but of course, I made a call in advance to inform about our late arrival.

The hotel was great. Very convenient walking distance to 2 metro lines. Super convenient for anyone who likes to cook because there are 3-4 supermarket before the hotel! Overall good stay. The room heater was perfect for the weather but it did get too stuffy.

Felt unsafe walking back in the late night. There were a lot of people eye balling us after we got out of the metro. Just don’t head back late I guess?

The apartment was fully equiped with all you need to cook including a few bags of tea, coffee, a new sponge and cloth. The location was perfect, close to a metro station, tram station and supermarkets. We also made use of a luggage deposit which was pleasant.

The rooms could use an A/C as it gets very warm during summer nights and it was too noisy outside for us to open the balcony door. However, we were aware of the missing A/C in advance.

I and my husband visited Paris for a small vacation (4days) and booked this hotel just based on the reviews, and we were glad that we took the right decision. We requested early check-in and fortunately, our room was ready till the time we reached the hotel. We didn't have to wait at all. The people in the reception area were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beautiful, perfect for a couple. There was a small kitchen with a stove, fridge, sufficient utensils, microwave, and water boiler. You will also find tea, coffee, milk, sugar samples on the table and enjoy your drink on the balcony with a perfect view. Big cupboard to keep all your clothes in it. Enjoy watching TV if you understand French :-) No need to carry towels as you will find them in the washroom along with a small body wash, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. Even there were lifts so you don't need to carry your luggage through the staircase. The best part is you can grab drinks, snacks, chocolates anytime of the day as there is an automatic machine near the reception. In case you are travelling in summer do not hesitate to use the fan and if you are travelling in winters do not forget to turn on the heater as we did. Perfect for a small vacation.

Close to metro, Clean and quiet rooms, Good buffet breakfast - croissants, cheese, ham, toasts, juices, coffee, etc, but there was nothing worm - like omelette. The neighbourhood looks safe, there are 3 grocery stores within 2 minutes walk, couple of restaurants nearby.

We needed to pay city tax on arrival, it wasn't included in price a bit far from both airports, we just took uber

The room was well furnished with cookware, crockery and cutlery. The laundry downstairs was very helpful, €3.50 per load, tokens available at reception. You need your own detergent. The hotel is right opposite the Mairie de Miribel tram station, you need to take the tram to the metro or walk 550m.

It was very hot at night despite a fan. We had the room cleaned once during a 7 night stay, the cleaner did not empty bins or wash dishes. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Reception stated that irons and ironing board were available to use, but they were never available whenever we asked. Perhaps have one for people to use in the laundry room?
