I really loved the style of the hotel it was stylish and modern. The amenities were also nice, and everything was very clean in general in the hotel. The staffs were also friendly and nice. The breakfast was quite simple but good- Also there was a lift so if you have heavy luggage it would be really helpful. The temperature was really perfect and nice thanks to the AC even though the weather was really hot when we visit there.

Initially we got a room without a proper window (there was very tiny one but it wasn't openable as it's faced to the corridor of the building ) so we had to ask if we can change the room to the one that has a openable window- One of the staff actually changed the room for us. Thank you for that! Also I used the taxi that they called for us when we checked out but I wouldn't recommend that much as it was more expensive than Uber/Bolt - there was some extra cost which I didn't understand why I have to pay for!

Highly, highly recommend staying here. A very cute, art deco boutique hotel that thinks about every little detail for their guests. When I come back to Paris, I will be booking this hotel every time! The most positive experience I had staying at the hotel was the staff. I was a solo American female traveler that barely spoke French, and not only were the staff helpful and friendly, but they always remembered me and really made me feel like family. It felt like home away from home at the hotel, and many of them would make conversation and jokes with me, which I really appreciated. Staff members who were incredibly helpful to me were Gideon (my fave! so helpful and friendly), Mary Pauline, (a lady with shoulder-length hair, didn't catch her name), and Jonathan. AMBIENCE AND AMENITIES: I was looking for a hotel that had that cute Parisian vibe, and this boutique hotel delivered. The interior design is so thoughtfully art deco and cute, and every little corner, from your room to the rooftop to the downstairs bar, is very instagram-able. Their rooftop has a sauna and hot tub and cute tables to hang out in, and their downstairs area has a beautiful bar and fitness area. The staff also bake a cake every day and put it in a glass dome in the lobby desk for guests to munch on. The hotel room also has so many thoughtful, beautiful details. The rattan chair and wood stool, the Parisian striped curtains, the vintage rotary phone. They always provided a tall glass bottle of water, and the bath products were from a local French company that smelled divine. There's a Nespresso machine with coffee from local breweries and little tea pouches with a kettle. They even have a towel rack that warms your towels, a waterfall shower, fluffy robe, and slippers. CONCLUSION I will be booking from this hotel every time I go to Paris. Not only is the hotel so beautiful, but the staff was so warm and funny and made me feel like family; I missed them when I left!

I have nothing negative to stay, I loved it there!

Room size was good. At first we were given a room in ground floor but we didn't like it as it had a window looking to the road so we requested a different room and the man at the reception was kind enough to give us a room in 3rd floor (he said it was an upgrade but didnt request for extra money). The hotel was close to 2 metro stations (4 min walk) which was great. There is a bar at the underground floor of the hotel which we liked as well.

Overall the room was clean, the bathroom, the floors, everything was shiny clean. The only thing we didn't like was our bathroom towels that had a really unpleasant smell. They were changed the second day so we only "suffered" a day.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower within 20 minutes. We were able to walk to the mall within 20 minutes. Next to the mall was the Statue of Liberty. The bus routes and metro are close by and there are lots of bistros, restaurants, pastry shops and kebab stores all around. The hotel is a really nice boutique styled hotel. We had robes and slippers in our room. We were given a large glass bottle of mineral water each day which was roughly around 40oz. The room was very comfortable for two people. The bathroom was beautiful and had a towel warmer and stocked with full size french products for us to use and purchase later if we liked. The rooftop terrace is quaint and small but has a Scandinavian bathtub/ hot tub along with a mini bar. We spent a lot of time outside of the hotel so we didn't utilize the terrace. The reception area usually is stocked with lemon or lime infused water and a daily cake which was nice. There is a fridge hidden away in the room and there are several small groceries stores within walking distance.

Everything was really great the only small disappointment was that there was no microwave in the rooms.

Despite the smaller size of the room it was designed in a very clever way, I had everything I needed. The handwritten welcome note and chocolate after check-in when entering my room surprised me, it was a nice gesture. The breakfast was okay, really delicious croissant and jams but I didn't feel it as extra or special as advertised by other guests or by the hotel itself. The staff was nice and friendly.

The room (single room) was really small (it was okay, but small). It was also on the ground floor (street-level) which surprised me at the beginning, it would have been nice to provide information about it in advance. It was also okay tough, the windows were good, I didn't hear the noise of the street almost at all (but as a consequence I also didn't have light or fresh air in the room because I kept the window closed and the curtains pulled). The coffee at the breakfast was not good, that's definitely a negative for such a hotel. It was a nice and decent hotel, but the price was insane compared to the experience. I know, it is Paris, but still.

Wallace is such a sweet little hotel, with gorgeous decor and a lovely feel. There’s a lot to access by foot, which suited us perfectly. Most staff were very friendly, especially Waleed and Kevin, and an extra special shout out must go to Elsa the bar manager for her hospitality and conversation - she was a standout! We do wish we had a longer stay, so that’s always a good sign.

Either the upstairs bar or downstairs bar was open, not both at the same time - but this could be due to lesser guests, which is understandable. There was one staff member that didn’t really acknowledge us, which was a bit disheartening as we were thrilled to be in Paris and are friendly, easy-going guests.

Location was convenient to the Eiffel Tower and hop on hop off bus stop, only a 10-15min walk. The Terrace was great too and could see the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Not a 4 star. Rooms not sound proof as stated. No indication we needed to request a bath so our room did not reflect the extra $$ we paid for the executive room and it was very small for the price. Not all the breakfast items were out at the start of service. Luggage storage sits in the hall way, not a secure room. Staff did not smile much so did not give off a nice welcoming vibe.

Very good overall.

We’ve booked a maxi taxi to travel to train station but we’ve only been informed they can’t find a van ( but we just need a maxi taxi that can accommodate 5 people and luggages) for us when we arrived the hotel, in a very last minute. This has lead us almost missed the train. Would be helpful if the staff at hotel can inform us earlier by calling ahead, so we could have planned our trip better as well. Luckily we made it to the train just in time, but it was a very tiring commute given we have large suitcases and young children.

Location was like a subway sandwich - there are three metro stations within walking distance, and the ones you take depend on where you want to go. And the room was tastefully designed with art pieces and thoughtful amenities like avant-garde soap and boutique coffee and tea provided. Most of all, the staff were very attentive, helpful, and truly accommodating. That itself is enough to recommend this hotel.

The shower room door couldn't close completely, so we had to be mindful of the water accumulating outside in the dry areas.

I couldn’t have asked more of the staff. They were so nice helpful and really English friendly. I wish I remembered his name but the person working thr front desk on sept 15th afternoon was such an enthusiastic guide. Nice amenities including rooftop, gym, and bar downstairs. Great breakfast.

The location isn’t very close to a lot of the sights but I later discovered it’s only a 20 minute walk to Saint Germain so if you have a longer, less touristy stay, the location is worth it for the value.
