The location is outside town in a industrial zone but perfect if you are travelling ! Do not need to enter in the city!

The size of room and bathroom was very small. We arrived at 8.00pm, there was no dining facility for evening meal, the local supermarket closed at 8.00pm so we had to drive into Niort to find a small supermarket to get food, no alcohol served after 8.00pm! There was an Asian restaurant a 5 minute walk away from the hotel
