Hotel Bristol

Great hotel with great location. Breakfast was generous with friendly serving staff. Our floor's cleaner lady was very very friendly.

We were staying in a large room with three beds, it was a great, comfortable room. What we didn't like is the bathroom had a clear glass door and a clear glass window just behind the bath. The window was looking towards to the entrance door to our room, this was awkward. The cleaner came in and my friend was using the bathroom, she is embarrassed. Also there are no other mirror's apart from the one in bathroom.

Excellent parking facility. Large room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful. Excellent dinner - flexible for our vegetarian friends. Comfortable bed, nice linen.

The room was comfortable, but the light switches didn't make sense: the bedside light, for instance, couldn't be turned off from the bank of switches by the bed. Had to get out, cross the room and find which switch worked the bedside light...Turning off the bathroom light, turned all the lights out... The breakfast was OK but there wasn't a hostess in duty when we arrived in the dining-room. No-one to take orders for drinks or room numbers. The jacuzzi didn't work, but the bath was wonderful! In Room 122 the bath sloped which wasn't good for showers. The baths were slippery - it would have been good to have a non-slip bath mat. Also maybe more grabs for getting into/out of the water.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel it felt very comfortable, clean and cheerful. My room was excellent, with a large and comfortable bed, a place to work and a beautiful bathroom with a whirlpool bath. In addition the electric blinds at night closed down so that the room was completely blacked out to sleep. It was such a joy and relief as a business traveler. I was able to get a very decent meal and glass of wine at the restaurant. And the hotel was close to the centre so I was able to go for a good walk before a very good breakfast ( a full carafe of coffee! ). All the staff were helpful and cheerful.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. However, I had problems with meetings on the internet in my room. I think this may be the only small issue with this truly enjoyable hotel.

The hotel had good secure underground parking Hotel was within walking distance to the old town with it’s bars and restaurants My room had been recently refurbished to a very good standard. I had a long balcony with a table and two chairs. The doors onto the balcony and the bathroom window both had electrically controlled shutters The bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on that

It would have been useful to have a safe in the room

Beautiful hotel with secure underground parking for our motorcycles. Lovely lounge area with great staff, serving drinks very late in the evening. Short walk to town for a good range of restaurants. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable.

It is a big hotel and a bit of a hike between the car park and the reception, then 2 lifts to the rooms we were in, but all in all, I would stay here again.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on our way home and that is what it is perfect for. Not special, but comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Parking was arranged very well and easy to find with the given instructions. Short walk to the center of Mulhouse.

Judging by the pictures on the website, the rooms seemed modern and renovated. We definitely stayed in an old room because it looked nothing like the pictures. AC was not working properly and a lot of small damages here and there in the room. It was fine for a one night stay, but when staying longer you might want to ensure that you get a "newer" room.

The room we had was a junior suite, and I would class it as exceptional. It had a separate lounge with a sofa bed, a very large and beautifully appointed bedroom and excellent bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate Italian style shower, very impressive.

We didn't find a bar in the hotel, maybe there is one, but it is not obvious from the reception area.

Lovely hotel, stayed once before in 2016 and it didn’t disappoint this time around, looks to still be under renovation in places but overall a lovely hotel. Secure underground parking, rooms are spacious and very modern, really pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

Not really any negatives for me.

large room in excellent condition with a pleasant balcony. everything was new with good quality amenities and very comfortable, central location with the city center at walking distance. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Fantastic value for money. Parking and minibar prices are very reasonable.

everything was great and exceeding expectations by far. I highly recommend it.

Room was in newly renovated (or built?) annex. It was comfortable and had a whirlpool bath, much to our surprise. We were a few minutes late for breakfast on Sunday morning but friendly staff made no objections. Reception area is very pleasant. The secure parking was appreciated.

Getting from reception to annex was a little complicated at first, but worth it.
