Close to the train station. Very pleasant comfortable room. Some of the rooms are older than others, ours was very nice with a small terrace. Lovely gardens. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

The location is nice, close by the highway but not too close and close by the little center and the info center. The beds are suuuuuper confortable, we had a great night! The restaurant is very good and all the member of the service were super nice and helpful. The reception too, they were great!

Only lesser point is the spa which is smaller than we thought, the sauna and Hammam are smaller than we thought.

Excellent Hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. We lake also that the toilet was separated from the bathroom while the bathroom was spacious. You have an expresso machine in the room for free coffee. The facilities are very good. They have a very nice pool that opens until 11 PM, a nice garden with tennis table, and a nice bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a bit spartan, very tasty, but not so much variety.

The room we got was on the ground floor, thus could not open the windows since its right on the street. The AC is a bit noisy sometimes.

The hotel has a perfect location and good facilities. The own parking area and so close to the city is an advantage.

We knew that the restaurant (for dinner) was closed, so no surprise. We needed to charge our car and were hopeful to use the charging point for electric cars at the hotel. For the 2nd. time (we stayed also on July 10) the charging point didn't work at all and the reception personnel could not help us.

The hotel had very good facilities. The staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. Car parking was very good. The pool and spa facilities were very good. The WIFI was excellent. Difficult to fault. We didn't use the restaurant facilities.

It is a wonderful hotel with many niceties included like the swimming pool, water machine at the reception, outstanding restaurant and excellent breakfast. The personnel is nice and helpful and it is conveniently located close to the train station and near the city centre.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially when it came to the needs of our baby (1 year old) The breakfast was good We had dinner once in the restaurant. It was really delicious. We've enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the Hamam bath.

Great hotel for a couple getaway. The wellness area, breakfast and location are really nice. The main station is close and Straßburg is just twenty minutes away. The room itself was also nice - the equipment could be more modern though. employees were all helpful and kind.
