From the reception staff through to the size and daily cleaning of the room, this hotel is ideal for a short break. Air-conditioned with a comfortable bed and walk-in shower. Easy access from the metro, with bus stops close by make this an ideal base for exploring the city. Reception also arranged our early morning taxi, which was much appreciated

A note for any light sleepers: Situated directly across from a main hospital, the room was well sound proofed with little noise penetrating once the window was closed. We can't comment on breakfast, as we stayed on a room only basis but other provisions were available, although no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

24 hour check in and friendly & helpful reception staff. Room code meant not having to worry about forgetting/losing keys. Good, quiet aircon meant it was a nice temperature to sleep at night without letting in noise from the window. Location well connected on public transport and only a short walk from bars/nightlife, but felt quiet and safe to walk back to late at night. Overall a good base for our adventures in the city.

TV reception wasn't great and a few channels didn't work at all. Worth remembering that because it's close to hospital there will be sirens through the night - although this didn't disturb our sleep too badly with the window shut.

The receptionist at check-in was really nice, smiling, very professional, helpful and polite. A very warm welcome which was really lovely! We had requested and ironing board which was ready for us at check-in. Great service overall. The room was big, very clean with a large comfortable bed/good pillows and good size bathroom. Amenities in the room were perfect, great value for money. We only stayed one night but we would definitely book again and highly recommend. Thank you for the great service :)

A little far from the tram stop and from the city centre was the only downside, but great value for money so we didn't mind the distance.

Really good value, staff were very helpful and it was close to a metro.

It is about a 40min walk to the port - which means either taxis or metro at night coming home if that is where you are going out. Only a few options for coffee / to eat in the close vicinity. Busy as across the road from hospital, but did not hear any sirens at all in the room

It felt relatively safe even tho the neighbourhood was maybe not the best. The staff was friendly and funny, the rooms clean and spacious. We had a small balcony overlooking the city which we really appreciated. It was quiet in the b&b in general but outdoors was a bit noisy since as mentioned it is not the best neighbourhood in Marseille. But we probably would stay there again since the staff really made the stay easy and it is one of the budget options.

I loved everything, the room was nice and clean and surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel is right across from the hospital. I slept really well, it was warm inside and the bed was big and confortable. The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to the metro station which has good connections to the center and to the train station (which connects with the airport), so I would highly recommend it. The guys from the reception were also very friendly and helpful. I would choose the same hotel for my next stay in Marseille. :)

Hotel was easy to get to from the metro. There’s a few shops nearby for essentials. The person who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful, they also provided me with suggestions for what to do for the evening in Marseille - a nice touch. Rooms are clean and have everything you could need and the bed was comfy. Really impressed with this hotel. I was also able to leave my bag at the hotel the following day while I did a walking tour, really handy.

Nice good located Hotel. Clean room with daily cleaning. Good air conditioning. Kind and friendly staff especially the lady at the reception. You can use the microwave at the reception.

No fridge in the room. You can ask the reception to put your stuff in their fridge. Noisy room, our room was next to the elevator.

The property was in a good locations close to all the main attractions and spots worth seeing. The rooms were very clean and good value for money. One of the staff members, I assume the Manager, was lovely and so helpful!

One of the staff members struggled or didn’t want to speak English and wasn’t overly helpful, there was an issue with my card upon arrival while paying, he couldn’t or didn’t want to explain to me what was the error message and when asked what to do he just moved his shoulders in an ‘I don’t know’ gesture, it wasn’t until the other gentleman, again, assuming the Manager approached the counter and helped resolve the issue.

The rom was comfy generally Nice view-Convenient location! The guy at the reception when we checked in was the best..wish i asked his name to mention him!

The only thing it wasnt comfortable was the bathroom. For some reason they gave us a room for people with disability issues so the bathroom was wheelchair-accesible There was no bath tub or shower..all the water was spreaded on the floor
