To be honest, the hotel is very clean and exceeded my expectations. They changed the linen and the towels everyday, they also clean the whole room on a daily basis. The location of the hotel is very quiet you feel you are isolated and no body else around. All what you need for a quiet and charm stay is available in this hotel. The location of the hotel close to the tram, bus stop, and many other restaurants and supermarket makes it much more comfortable. It is only 2 minutes walking from the tram station which makes you stay there very easy to move to any other place in Paris. The staff (all of them) are superior and gorgeous, you feel they are their just to please you and to help as much as they can. Whenever you go day and night to the reception, somebody is their and waiting for you to answer, help, and assist. I remember the owner of the hotel himself met me once and he was asking about anything they can do just to make my stay their comfort.

There is nothing I did not like in this hotel. The only concern you may feel at the first moment is the missing of the elevator. But you do not have to worry about this because the staff are ready to help in anything you need to carry to the room or from the room to the reception floor.

I mailed ahead just to be sure, but they really have 0/24 reception (Oct 2021) I was met with a warm smile at 2AM they gave me my key, advised about breakfast and I was off to my room. The bed was extra comfortable, the WiFi was ultra fast. Towels and shower gel is provided. The room was spotless, and the bed linen was freshly pressed, fragrant. There was a mini fridge in my room.

Sure the walls are thin and the room is quite small, but it was all clean and that’s what matters at the end of the day. There is no elevator, but is that really a necessity?

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and cozy, and it's a walking distance from the metro station. There's also a supermarket just across the street. The room has a smart TV, a water kettle and a clean private bathroom.

We were 2 friends travelling together, so we pretty much liked everything. But there two points to share: - There is an amazing set of stairs that leads to the rooms, but it will be challenging if you have little kids or a baby stroller or if you have accessibility needs. So, the hotel is perfect for couples and friends. - The mattress is clean and new but wasn't so comfy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is just a few steps away from the metro station. The staff is very kind and helpful, literally they do everything they can to serve their guests. They helped bringing the bags to the room and served breakfast before normal opening because my flight was quite early. How human! I would surely recommend it! The rooms and the whole property is arranged with a very good taste! Bravo! Simple but elegant!

The room was spacious and well appointed, and when I asked for a quiet, garden-facing room we were given an upgrade at no extra cost. Staff at reception was very amenable and welcoming although some knowledge of French was definitely a bonus. The location was off a very busy main road but it wasn't noticeable from our room, and the metro was minutes away. There are some nice cafés in the surrounding area and a large supermarket across the main road.

The room was nice but still quite noisy due to the wooden floor and stairways in the hall, so having my ear plugs were needed for a good night's sleep. The metro stop is very close but it's not the kind of location you would just pop-back from town from as it's a good 30-40 minutes out of the centre. We had breakfast there the first morning (which cost extra) but I would recommend any of the surrounding cafés instead.

This is a really good find. Its only a 3-5 minute walk from the Metro station, about 20 - 30 minutes into the centre of Paris, depending on where you want to go. Its really nicely decorated, and the beds are really comfy. I stayed in a single room and was plesantly surprised to find a bed that was much wider than a single.

The room was at the end of the corridor, so you could hear people going up and down the stairs, but it didnt keep me awake.

A charming Hotel with very helpful reception staff, nothing we asked was a problem. The Metro was a 3 minute walk away which gets you into Paris city in aprox. 20 minutes. Maisons Alfort is a residential area with many restaurants and supermarkets close to the Hotel. we had a very enjoyable stay.

No lift which was a little difficult but the staff took our luggage to our room.

The location isn´t the closest to central Paris, yet you get into all of the action thanks to the metro station nearby. The staff was super friendly and patient, as I don´t speak French. The hotel, my room, clean and quiet and even "roomy" for Paris standards. A good enough breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again. Value for my money.

It´s a little bit "old", not fancy. But clean, so not one complain!!!

The hotel was highly satisfactory for me. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well designed and silent. The breakfast was very good. It is about a 2 min walk to the metro station and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro line 8 goes to the city centre at about 35-45 dk.
