Beautiful property with very comfortable beds and rooms. Great location!

Do NOT order room service. We thought we would treat ourselves to room service one night. The menu was very limited but thought it would be alright. We ordered ravioli, mushroom risotto, and 2 crepe Suzette’s. All of the dishes were served in glass jars (even the crepe Suzette’s) and we were told if they weren’t warm enough we could heat them in the microwave! No where on the menu did it say that every thing came in jars that were just heated up. They were NOT good. We brought up our concerns and we’re told they would get in touch with management. They said they deducted the cost of the crepe Suzette’s but the price for the 2 “mains” and 2 drinks was still $90 and they would not budge.

Lectoure is a pretty town with several restaurants. The hotel is gorgeous and a welcome sanctuary after a few hours travelling in the heat. However, on a Monday in France most are closed. One was open and was lovely. Breakfast was fine. I liked that the hotel has a deal with the neighbouring Thermal Spa allowing guests to use it.

No complaints about the hotel. Would have loved it if the town's swimming pool was open. Apparently there is some stalemate re funding over repairs.

The information given prior to arrival regarding the spa was incorrect, the times you could access it were wrong which meant we couldn’t use the spa because we’d already made plans. Also they fail to tell you that men can only use the spa if they have trunks. Swimming shorts are “forbidden”.

Nice room with facilities to cook for yourself, if we were staying longer this would have been useful. Would be good to know prior to arriving that restaurants don’t serve food until 7pm from around 2pm and that there are no supermarkets in the area unless you drive as would have been more prepared and stopped on the way after a long day travelling.

Breakfast was pretty basic but it was nice enough

A stunning hotel, recently renovated with a picture pretty courtyard and beautiful interior. The room was large, furniture brand new and tasteful, bed comfortable. We enjoyed luxurious linen, bathrobe and L’Occitane body care products.

Bathroom did not match the beauty and comfort of the room: it was very small and not well designed. There was no tea bags in the room and we only got 2 capsules of coffee for our 2 night stay. The spa was disappointing, old fashioned and not relaxing at all.

Extraordinary, romantic hotel, unexpectedly beutiful in rather remote location. Very nicely renovated, rooms decorated tastfully and comfortably arranged. I had even kitchenette in my room! Beautiful though small garden in the front of the hotel makes it even more romantic. There is also access to the spa but I did not have time to benefit from it.

Too short stay. But I hope to returnback there and explore beautiful region.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the former school. Lovely art, tasteful decor, spacious room, very cordial and multi-lingual reception. Access to the thermal pools via a tunnel. Very nice kitchen in room. Good breakfast offered.

Room was too hot. Housekeeping staff put our towels on the floor and left them there in the middle of the bathroom. They also didn’t replenish the coffee. In-room kitchen should have a kitchen towel.

Hotel is in a very well modernised ancient former school at the quieter end of Lectoure by the Thermal Baths, which are accessible to hotel guests directly by tunnel! Room was very comfortable and a decent size - as we were on the top floor the large window was set at an angle in the roof, so although nice and bright there were no views as such. Unusually, there was a small kitchen area in the room including a proper fridge and small cooking hob which we found really useful. Staff were very attentive and friendly, and light food offering was excellent, if not particularly cheap. Excellent place to stay in lively and attractive town in area not noted for its hotel accommodation.

Very lovely renovation of a period building. Room had a kitchen. Very large room, comfortable bed and the bathroom had a bath ( and shower). The lounge area is beautiful. Good use of antique furniture and modern lighting. Lovely bar/ breakfast area. Great situation in Lectoure.
