The receptionist at check in on this day was incredibly friendly & understanding as we didn't speak very good French. She explained where breakfast was & the timings etc. She was very helpful.

The same lady from our stay at the beginning of the week was the receptionist on breakfast/check out so the same unpleasant manner. No kettle in the room to make boiling water for formula fed baby. Had to buy a kettle for this overnight stay

Staff very helpful! Spacious free car park. Ideal for Le Mans 24hr circuit and The University. Bakery, Tskeaways/restaurants 2min walk- perfect. Volcano Pizza -superb.

Room needed some updating and noise from guests picnic/drinking in the car park right outside our bedroom window was very annoying! Also cars being cleaned/reviving engines loud voices gone midnight.

Second time I have stayed here, after the problems last time with bad sound proofing I bought earplugs with me and slept like a dream. Ideal for a cheap nights stay on the way from the ferry. I got there at midnight and parking was pretty much full so I had to park in the disabled space which I hate doing but it was that or nothing and hopefully nobody disabled needed it at that time of night! I had to ring for help as I could not get into my room after using the automatic machine and received immediate assistance in English. Would be happy to stay again.

Everywhere smells of smoke.

aircon, clean rooms, quiet, and free parking in secure place. also very friendly and we'll priced pizza and kebab style food place 100yards away👍

the one small negative was that somebody opened our door in the night so I guess the door didn't auto close / auto lock, just a small thing though.

Location is perfect for us, as heading next day Cherbourg for the ferry. Secure parking. Clean, comfortable, breakfast good , included. Staff is pleasant and helpful. WiFi included.

Short on pillows , 2 good fircreafing. Small face and habd towel missing.

From the greeting and help from the concierge who has the most beautiful dog to leaving we had a great stay . Quiet and easy access to the tram for travel to city . The room was comfortable good hot water . We expected a what you pay for but this was superior in all aspects

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and hot. There is a lift which was great as we were on the second floor. It was nice and quiet through the night.

Quite a late check in time resulting in a queue to check in.

Very quiet despite being 10m from big road Air conditioning worked very well Despite what people said there is liquid soap available Ample car parking. Closed at night so felt a bit safer Mattress hard as I like it. Shower very good

The pillows were awful.

Room very good clean comfortable, excellent for overnight stay when doing long distance travelling. Fantastic value.

Whilst the Room was comfortable clean and had all the necessities it would be small for longer term stays.

Staff was really helpful on the arrival day and overall a very efficient place to be.

Breakfast was a little limited on variety (no cheese/ham or fruit option) and missing normal size spoon for cereals
