The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed/pillow was very comfortable. We were unable to book a taxi from the train station in Laval to the hotel. We called the hotel and they booked a taxi for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it!

Nice ambience in the foyer and dicing area. pleasant surroundings and outdoor sitting area. Friendly staff.
a wee bit up and down on different floor levels after you get out of the lift. whereas once our luggage was up in the lift, we discovered one set of stairs close by our room that went straight to reception.

Advertised as having air conditioning but there was none. Triple room very small and limited ventilation We where given a second room but that had a terrible bad drain type smell, they then gave us a superior room which was excellent (but not air conditioned)

Location was fine and easy to find with ample parking. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Supercomfy bed and pillows.
Very small observation, however, I would of preferred to see the cheeses and cold meats covered at breakfast. I chose not to have any because of this, but even so, I still had a good breakfast from what was on offer.

great location, Very nice room. quiet and with easy access to safe dog walking areas. dog friendly and very reasonable cost.
food only served Monday to Thursday which was not in the write up about the hotel so very disappointed that nothing was available on Saturday. Had to go out but luckily Buffalo Grill (6 minutes away ) is dog friendly .

All is good with this value hotel. Staff are very good. Facilities are clean. A nice culture is evident. Oh why do so many other budget hotels not have the same culture.
Not much to say here. The dinner service stops at 9pm. And a small piece of the plastics on the shower was cracked. But hey I have stayed in 15 different hotels in the last few weeks and this was the first that I would revisit.

The staff were great, the food was excellent considering it was a limited menu the price was great. The rooms while being basic fulfilled our needs for an overnight stay. Breakfast is a Buffet again very good
