Ideal central location in Figeac. Truly unique building & layout which is stunning. Huge room with walk-in shower, high beamed ceilings & comfortable king-sized bed. Large choice at breakfast including pastries, bread, conserves, meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit & more! Beautiful pool area with pretty planting & good wooden sun beds. Umbrellas available from reception on our one rainy day. Parking available for 10€ per day in hotel car park (3 mins walk away) or plenty of free parking nearby too (3-5 mins walk away)

Generally the room cleaning was ok but on more than one occasion things were missed. Replenishment of the coffee/tea station was missed once as well as the shower & sink area wasn’t fully cleaned on another day. Not huge issues but this was slightly disappointing in a 4* hotel

The property is stunning. Such a great building which has been renovated to a high standard but keeping the character. The pool area is lovely if a little echoey when there are lots of children. The food was lovely and the staff helpful. Although in the centre of Figeac the room was very quiet.

We had to plead for an evening reservation despite us staying there for two nights. They should keep a couple of tables free for guests.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They showed a good sense of humor while being very professional. The location is ideal in the middle of the old citi. The bed, a queen, was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had good water pressure. The air conditioner worked great. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

It would be nice to have a small table and chair out on the balcony. Each morning I had to carry a chair and table out, then put them back again. The information says rooms are accessible by elevator, but our room was at the top so we went 4 stories up on the elevator and had to carry bags up a significant number of stairs to reach the room. A staff member did help move the bags up.

a beautiful hotel in an impressive town. room was large and spacious. beds were comfortable and we had fun exploring the hotel and the town.

breakfast was silent! need some background music! got woken up by two men jumping into the hotel pool at 2am and had to call receptionist to report it after they woke up our two children. apart from this, a lovely hotel and enjoyed our trip

Absolutely everything . Perfectly situated right in the centre of the town . Stunningly beautiful building and grounds . Fabulous room with beautiful views and a little terrace with everything impeccably clean . The staff were super friendly and caring yet professional . Food was fantastic and every need catered for . We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough .

The room was very big with a huge bathroom. The Bed was very comfortable. The location is in the middle of the old city. The hotel is beautifuly designed. Nice breakfast, nothing special.

The air condition did not work. The hotel parking is nearby but was hard to find. If you come with a car take into cosideration the parking inconvinience.

excellent location and wonderful building. sensitive restoration of an old building which now has large comfortable rooms and in our room at least a bathroom with a window and a bath and loads of hot water . It was Sunday evening so the restaurant only had a set three course meal with no choice but it was largely very nice.

The dessert course of the set dinner was an experiment in textures (a sort of foamy custard with pop corn and spelt flakes on top with caramel underneath) which I personally felt didn’t quite hit the mark.

The building and gardens are excellent, as is the location. There are many restaurants around the area. The hotel restaurant was full but looked good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean and had all one would need. The room also had a balcony overlooking the square. We also used the car parking which was a few moments away.

The only thing we found was that it was a little hot at night because it was too early in the year for the air conditioning, although this was a personal preference.

Central. Spotless. Stunningly decorated and very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Extremely helpful across the board.

Wasn’t a dislike - just a comment. The parking is only a short distance away from the hotel and very secure BUT it is steep climb to and from the hotel. Tricky for anyone with mobility issues or with large amounts of luggage.

Technology needs improving. I liked everything but my particular room, 207 had access to only one English TV Channel and I couldn’t connect to Netflix. The speaker provided did not have a proper volume control and the sound from my phone was louder than the speaker. No face washer in the bathroom and no hair wash or conditioner.
