Hôtel Restaurant Bel Air Crevin - Axe Rennes Nantes

Great location, nice staff and clean. Very easy when driving from Nantes airport and going to Rennes / St Malo or the way back.

Be carefull in the familly room with the bunk beds according to your kids' age and weight ! Make sure that you don't get a bunk bed for a 16 years old big boy ... as regards with security and comfort

A slightly odd place. No food available. We were there on Whit Sunday. Everything was closed. Genuinely, nothing was available. There is no reception. I had to punch various details into a console but it went smoothly enough. Without reception staff though, what would have happened had we got locked out? No idea! But me and my riding buddy had a clean room with nice twin beds, super clean, lovely shower, decent WiFi but we were in a compound on an industrial state, but 2 hours from Cherbourg or Roscoff.

No reception, industrial estate location is comme ci, comme ça. Secure for motorcycles, but very sterile.

The accommodation was very easy to find and ideally placed for an early departure to St Malo. The reception staff were extremely helpful in getting us through the 'computerised booking in system' and chilled 'our wine' for a a latter picnic. Could not be faulted, excellent.

The 'computerised booking in system' does not work! Apart from the fact that the screen is at the wrong height and faces the sun, simply messaging 'error' when it goes down is not acceptable and demonstrates a lack of basic 'systems design' by the manufacturers.

Great place to stay after a long drive up from the Pyrenees. Just off the main road with super easy access. Rooms are lovely and modern, a good size and good shower. No evening meals were being served but the really helpful girl on reception booked us a table in the restaurant down the road a ten minutes walk away which was also great. Breakfast in the morning for €10 was also great value. Will definitely stay here again. Well done Hotel Bel Air!

Very convenient stopover location for travelling down the west coast - handy to motorway. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed for the kids which had built-in bedrails - seems a minor detail but a lot of hotels don't have them and we normally have to bring our own. We paid extra for breakfast as there isn't anywhere in the village and it was decent value - €10 for continental options (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, juice, coffee etc).

It was a convenient stop that accepted pets, exceptionally clean, comfortable, air conditioned and had pleasant gardens with secure parking.

Room a bit on the small side. The hotel fills up very quickly and we were not advised that booking was necessary in the cafeteria for an evening meal & breakfast plus pets were not allowed inside - OK in summer because we could sit outside - winter would be a problem. More of a motel than a hotel in our opinion.

Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good and fresh with a good choice. Plentiful easy parking. Staff were very friendly. This is the third time we have used this hotel and is an ideal stop over when travelling to Roscoff from south west France.

Nothing much. Maybe less use of single use plastic cups etc. Shame the restaurant was closed as on previous visits we had excellent meals there.

The hotel is super clean, and so very quiet about one kilometre off the dual carriageway going up to Rennes (20km away). It really is quiet on the edge of a pleasent village where you will find a take away and a mini supermarket with it's accompanying fuel station. There is a nice bar and small lounge area in the hotel reception.

Everything was as expected from the online information and reviews. The staff were very friendly and facilities were all clean and simple, but functional. Breakfast was a good continental selection. The parking within the site was good and the garden/sitting areas around the hotel buildings were very pleasant and well tended.

Due to a leg injury needed a room on ground floor. we were allocated a room with disabled facilities. this was a great help, though strangely it was located furthest from the car park.

The on-site restaurant was closed. The hotel offers a snack menu, some of the dishes listed were not available. The hotel is missing an opportunity, as many business travellers use this hotel, they would appreciate a better selection.
