B&B HOTEL Compiègne

Perfect Hotel for one night on the way to southern France. The Hotel offers free EV charging, and has free parking. Easy and fast access from the High way. The Hotel is new so facilities are nice and works good. The rooms are quite and clean. There is nothing to do in the area of the Hotel, as it is placed outside town just next to a big road. Walking distance from hotel has usual Fastfood restaurant (McDonald/Burger King etc) but if you have a car, it is very recomendable to drive the 5 km to Compeigne town to and visit this.

The EV chargers should be possible to book in Advance to make sure these are free when arriving.

It's a basic place but offers all you need for a couple days stay. Well equiped and nicely decorated. Also very clean and I am really picky about this. And the self check-in they offer after 9pm worked really nice and easy. Breakfast lacks the vegetables but it's more than okay for a couple of days.

The only thing that I did not like was the bathroom had only the big towels you use for the body, nothing for the hands, face. Also, additional pillows would have been wonderful but I should probably not complain about this as the place is a basic b&b by definition.

The triple room is spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast overall is good with croissants, rolls & cereals but there is no choice of alternative milk (soya, almond etc.) The location is good, plenty of restaurants, stores & petrol stations close by. The hotel feels secure within a gated area that is locked at night. Plenty of parking space. The hotel is very dog friendly.

We had trouble getting into the hotel area as it is locked after 11pm and our code didn't work the first couple of times we tried it. This isn't the first time this has happened. The scrambled egg is awful, peculiar texture & taste.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Separate beds for the kids. Very short walk to Leon brasserie to eat but also had option for a light meal at the hotel. Nice breakfast. Very good value for money.

No soap to wash hands in the bathroom which meant we had to use the shower gel/shampoo and there was none left for the 4th person. Not a lot of space for hanging clothes but as we stayed 1 night it wasn't too much hassle. Not told there was a cheaper price for children's breakfast so we paid the full price for my 9 years old daughter. No hand towels only bath ones and an extra bin in the room would have been useful. Too hot in the room to sleep and we didn't find the thermostat.

Exactly halfway between Tours and Eindhoven, this is a perfect stop for an overnight stay if you are driving from France to Netherlands. Clean, comfortable and well priced. My only gripe is that the EV car charger wasn't working, but it was still excellent value for money and the staff was friendly.

The room was modern, clean & functional as was the whole hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and & out was straightforward. As was paying. Plenty of good eateries within 15 minutes walk.

A little too far from the centre of town, to be honest. We couldn't walk there...was almost an hour apparently.

check in at anytime. we arrived at midnight and could still get into our room. the room was clean and spacious

we didn’t realise you had to pre book your breakfast the day before. as we arrive late we did not know this. This was also not mentioned in any booking information prior to our stay.

Clean, easy check in, easy to get to from motorway, nice staff, good breakfast, free parking, bar on site (in hotel next door), close to a few restaurants (closest was closed when we were there but there was an italian next door and a hippo cafe and American diner a 5 minute walk away)

This hotel is great. It's clean and new. The rates are also the best in the area so fantastic value for money. The staff went out of their way to accommodate the needs of my family and providing to baby cots for my twin daughters. There is plenty of parking and a petrol station next door so easy to get on the road quickly in the morning

a very clean hotel room for a family of 4 in a very efficient room with a good shower, a good bed and the first hotel ever with sufficient energy outlets ( socklets) for the 4 of us. and a perfect breakfast in the morning. the perfect stop on our way.
