very clean and spacious room, very quiet. The host was very friendly. He helped us to find restaurants and gave us advice on what to visit / do. Breakfast is nice and you could even swim in their pool.
Wifi signal is strong in the room, however it's rather low speed. As there was no TV in the room, it wasn't possible to watch TV via smart phone. This is no criticism to the room but to Chateaubourg: public transport to Rennes is poor and there aren't any Restaurants open on Sunday. There's a McDonalds a few km away.

No tv / radio in the room. Cold TL-lights in the room, no refridgerater to store your water or drinks. Bad quality of wifi. The bed in the second room is small. Last but not least, all 4 days the rooms have not been cleaned.
