Hôtel La Villa Tosca

Perfect location! Right in the midst of all the shops and close to the beach, restaurants, train station. What more could you ask for! The room size was very big compared to everything we’ve been in and the ceilings are so high! Felt amazing to be in a large room. The bed was so big and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t really appealing. Just bread ham and cheese. But there were great breakfast options just outside which we utilised on the days we didn’t pay for breakfast within the hotel.

You can’t beat the location - two minutes from the train station, in the middle of all of the shops, dozens of restaurants and cafés on your doorstep and five minutes to La Croisette. We had a suite and so the room and bathroom were both very big. Lots of mirrors in the bedroom including a full length mirror. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Others have commented the rooms are noisy but we found it very quiet.

The rooms don’t have fridges or minibars and this is a big downside and would be easy for the hotel to rectify. There are also no tea or coffee making facilities. The maid didn’t clean our room one day and when it was cleaned she left dirty glasses in the room. Amenities like toothbrushes etc aren’t provided. Breakfast was very basic and limited choice (e.g. one loaf of bread). There was no air con in the bathroom or the communal areas and it didn’t work that well in the room (we stayed in August and it was very hot). However, overall it was a very good stay and I would recommend it and would stay again.

Very close to the train station. One could leave the luggage there and visit as much as he likes. One public beach is at 6 min walking distance and the shopping area also nearby. The room is clean and staff really kind. Good value for the money as I didn t pay too much.

There is no fridge in the room and the room is small. The isolation is not that good, I could hear my neighbours and the washmashine as I was just next to the cleaning room. The view.

The locations is fantastic, close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful

The first double room we got had a very small double bed, but the receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a much better room with good size beds.

really nice little business-hotel right in the center of Cannes. really kind and hospitable staff who went above + beyond to help me out at check-in. good wifi, free coffee, pleasant atmosphere outside.

rooms are a little small + there's not much by way of extra facilities but it's what you should expect for that price in Cannes! would have been ideal to have food available all day but they don't mind you bringing outside food in (which is super great quality anyway).

Extremely courteous staff. Great location if you have a train to catch. Clean and functional room.

Doors do not ensure minimal acoustic insulation, you’ll be awakened by the noise of people moving in corridors, using stairs etc.

Instructions for car access to the hotel do not apply, as it is a pedestrian area only. My advice is to drive directly to the parking place at the railway station, then continue on foot to the hotel, it's only 3 minutes

-They reserved the room I requested which I really appreciated, also explains the given score (9) by me. -all receptionist and cleaner were very friendly and helpful. -The hotel is close to everything.

The location and the staff! The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the station and you are right in the middle of the city centre. You are surrounded by so many shops/cafes/restaurants - just perfect!

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Located in the heart of Cannes and in the main pedestrian street with bakeries and shopping everywhere. Just 5 minutes to the beach. Quiet in the evening and wonderful atmosphere during daytime.

Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly. Grumpy guy in the reception and not helpful when we arrived an hour early.
