It was very quiet and close to a lot of shops (boulangerie, supermarkets, creperie, etc) Really easy to reach the city centre by train (the B train station is vis-a-vis the hotel) and by bus (2 minutes walk). The staff was friendly and most of them talked in English. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and had a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The room was exactly as we expected, decent size and perfect for the money that we paid.

They could have improved the cleanliness. We didn’t have any dish detergent, sponge and other cleaning supplies. Some of the cups and plates were dirty and that was unpleasant, since we couldn’t wash them. Also, the bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the toilet. Apart from that, it was a great deal for us.

Located in Bagneux,very close to RER station (a kind of Metro but for suburbs), trains to Paris quite often. You can also reach bagneux by metro, line 4 (Lucie Abrac station), but then you have to walk for about 15-20 minutes to the location. Supermarket, all kind of restaurants , boulangerie very close. The apartment had a fridge,stove,microwave, electric kettle, iron,towels. Confortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had soap, no shampoo or shower gel. We stayed 3 nights, nobody came to take out the garbage. Maybe they should provide the apartment with some spare garbage bin bags.

They should take out the garbage now and then or at least provide with some spare garbage bin bags. Otherwise we enjoyed the apartment, we didn't stay too much in it, used it only for sleeping :)

We booked two rooms, 1 double bed room, which was clean and relatively renovated. The windows were facing to the main street so when opened the room was noisy during the night. If you are happy to keep windows closed, the room is quite. The second room was studio with 4 beds, size of the room was fine but this specific room was cleaned well but was really smelly apparently after previous guest (smoking??). The walls were dirty requiring painting. The hotel overall is nice, there is also well equipped small gym. Location is great, 100m from RER station line B, 20 min from center or airport. There are several shops around, including bakeries and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

One of our rooms requires renovation or extensive cleaning due to smell. This situation is not related to staff but apparently previous guest. Otherwise nothing to mentioned.

I personally loved the help from the personal at the hotel. They were all fluent in english and never hesitated to take time for us when we had a request.

As I had arrived later than the check-in time I knew that I had to find a way I coukd get the key. Personally, I would have preffered if the hotel had sent information about the way to access the room and the hotel way beforehand. I would have also appreciated if breakfasts had a gluten-free menu.

Good value for money. Easy access to the center of Paris by RER train (but beware - it is not included in the price of a regular city ticket, but a bit higher, because Bagneux is not Paris city). Own little kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Outside is the main, quite noisy street - closed windows do not muffle the noise. Lack of air conditioning is a nuisance in hot weather. As 38 degrees outside, it is practically the same in the room.

When I arrived , which was afterc1000 pm, the property was closed and locked up for the night. If not a guest in house who happened to be outside smoking, and who what gone through the same challenge I was experiencing I would have been homeless for a night. So be prepared if your arrival is scheduled after their office hours.

The train station was closed for a renovation. A Uber ride costed additional expense.

The room was very clean and the space was enough, bathroom really very clean. The location is EXCELLENT, nearby too many restaurants. The train station is about 3 minutes by foot, a bus station for only 1 minutes from the hotel.

All is fine! Stuff are cool and very friendly! So we don't need more!

Very good location. Bakery and supermarket in the vicinity are convenient. We will definitely come back. We enjoyed using the laundry room. Saved a lot of time.

Bagneux rer b was closed. Thus we had to take the bus which was often late and overcrowded. But this is only temporary.

Nice apart hotel with underground car park, very close to Bagneaux RER station. Hotel is dog friendly, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with equipped kitchenettes. We felt safe in the area even in the evening.

A bit random equipment in the kitchenettes but other than that everything was fine.
