Breakfast buffet was amazing, lot of options for everyone

Reception staff could have been more welcoming,I felt bit set back when they brought the welcoming drink and I asked that “what is this?”as they just passed the tray in-front of me without telling me the drink and their answer was it’s a welcome drink , well I know that 🥹people have allergies so I was expecting an answer.no smiles on their faces at all. I went to reception and said we are checking in and she did not smile or welcomed and she asked me oh! You are checking in so where is your luggage as we walked in without luggage as we had our own car.

We had a wonderful holiday and atay at your resort, all the staff were amazing, very helpful.and friendly, we could not fault them from the cleaners to the ground staff, front of office, acrivities team and the customer service staff, we were always greeted with a lovely warm smile, any questions we had were answered, the staff went above and beyond, we will be back for sure.

A couple of things to mention, it would have been helpful if we had a microwave in our room, maybe we had to pay more for this? Also, we mentioned when we gave feedback with GM that it would be good to have a pool movie night as an option, we think this would work well with both adults and children. And obe other thing, a lot of the guests including us often foubd out about activities happeneing through word of mouth, a suggestion could be to out this information on the TVs in each room the night prior and have a board at thr breakfast area or even send a group trxt out to the guests the night.peior.

Amazing family holiday! We have a 9 mo and and 2 year old and it was a family holiday paradise! Everything was so exceptionally set up and designed well. The lagoon pool was absolutely amazing with a beach entry at many points for the little ones to splash in the shallows. Multiple shade sails over the pool which were great. A fun waterslide too. Huge lagoon pool so you didn’t feel crammed in at all even when it was busy. The babysitting / nanny services were excellent. As our kids were below 4 years they needed a nanny to be with them for the activities. We had the same nanny for the week- her name was Siteri and she was amazing with our kids. On the last day my 2 yo was crying as he didn’t want to leave “Terri”. She also came to babysit our kids in our room in the evening so my husband and I could go out for dinner. Highly recommend the babysitting services. There are 4 restaurants at the resort, we enjoyed Chantara Thai the most. Next door is the Wyndham resort and they have a lovely Mexican restaurant we also visited. Most mains between $30-$40 FJD We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family our 4. It was extremely well set up with a full kitchen, fridge/freezer. Massive bonus having a washing machine and dryer in the suite. As a family of 4 there is always washing to do. So nice coming home without having to do loads of washing! We also had 2 prams so it was great being on the ground floor so we didn’t have to navigate stairs. The swim up bar was awesome. Happy hour from 4-6pm meant selected cocktails $14 FJD and cans of Fiji beer $8 FJD. Cocktails at normal times are around $10-$23 FJD. All staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too hard of an ask. From the moment we walked in until 8 days later when we left, we felt so welcomed. The breakfast was also incredible! SO much variety, it took me a few mornings to navigate it all!

The staff at this hotel are like no other. They are the Most beautiful people. They become family. We will 100% be coming back. They are the friendliest people and will do anything for you. The room was spacious, bright, clean and airy. Bed was comfy. Wifi was great. Bathroom was great. One thing that we loved was the variety of restaurants on the property. If however you wanted to venture out you can walk to a few other hotels/restaurants or grab the bula bus. The bula bus stops at the hotel so it makes it nice and easy to head down to the port. All the restaurants do take away aswell which was a great bonus for us. We were travelling with a 1 year old so a few of the nights she had such an amazing day she needed an early bedtime. This meant we were stuck inside for dinner. My husband would walk to one of the restaurants, order dinner (also grab a sneaky beer while he was waiting) then bring it home and we would have dinner in our room. It was perfect. Kitchen also has everything if you wanted to cook. Including a dishwasher so you don’t have to do the dishes. We had breakfast each morning at blu bar and also had a few of the buffets. They have a great selection including a kids corner which changes each evening for the fussy little eaters. My little miss loved Tiki, he would come for a cuddle and say hello to her every day. It was the highlight of her morning. Along with the yummy pancakes. The pool was a nice temperature and was great with the walk in / beach style for my little miss. Swim up pool bar was great with amazing pina colardas.

The food and drinks

Swimming pool open until 7pm? Why? So big resort. We came after long day travel and we were excited for swim at the pool and it was close. Sorry for such as huge amount of money I expected a bit more

- staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful - very child friendly - great variety of pools (main, kids, toddler, adult only) - one bed suite had great fit out with fully equipped kitchen to be self sufficient when wanted and for infants (microwave and full size sink) - room (one bed suite) was spacious plenty of room for family with 2 small children, well fitted out - great in-house free movie selection for rainy or quiet time

- map and information on resort facilities could’ve have been better provided (on phone only and very fiddly to use, map way to small to view) - limited shops available on premises (very small mini mart & souvenir type shop compared to some other neighboring resorts) - expensive on in-house provisions (lot of food menu items expensive, drinks very expensive) - hit and miss on room servicing and refill of supplies - can be very busy

The staff are always exemplary and the kids club and waterslide make this resort my favourite in Fiji

On one of the night we were informed that the restaurant water was ‘dirty’ and we had to buy bottled water. I understand that happens but we’d been drinking water from the bar throughout the day including breakfast and it seemed strange to only be notified when paying for dinner. With 4 kids I would have thought we would have been notified earlier or provided clean water at no charge. The meal options seem more limited than previously and the minimart has very few options compared to other resorts.

It’s a great resort for families with young children. The pool area has shade in parts which is good to have. Kids loved the water slide. It also offers an adult only pool. The spa facility was also good. The Italian and Thai food were the best. The Teppanyaki (only seats 6) was also very good. Our king courtyard room was quite large with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge & dining area, washer & dryer and we had another (interconnecting) room with 2 double beds. This worked very well. The staff were all very nice.

The main restaurant is in need of a good overhaul and refurbishment. The buffet breakfast was acceptable. Whilst the Lebanese restaurant had the best ambiance, the food was very dry and bland. It only offers one main bar aside from the swim up pool bar. It’s located near reception and it’s quite small and dark. It would have been nice to have a bar near the beachfront area.

I was highly disappointed to find out when I got home I had been charged some money on my credit card! Without consent! There was no reason to charge money to our card. As we had cleared up all of the charges before we left, nothing was missed! I have since told Raddison Blu & they have ignored all forms of communication. I tried calling them which is expensive from NZ they said they would call back, but nothing! I have been emailing most days for over a month now & never get a response back. Terrible communication & most disappointed to know we have money taken out of our account for no reason & now no communication!

We had a suite with cooking facilities which gave our family of 3 plenty of space. The room was clean and modern with a large bathroom and lounge area. Close to the pool but still quite. The resort has nice grounds to explore and find quite spots. We were there at peak holiday time and was very busy in the main pool are with kids everywhere. This is a very popular family resort especially with younger kids under 10 years, for good reason tho as the pool is ideally suited for learn to swimmers. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffets. Very friendly helpful staff.

Pool water could have been a bit cleaner, main pool area was often cloudy.
