Holiday Inn San Salvador, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is very clean, and the staff makes sure everything is clean sanitized and to your satisfaction! We LOVED the service provided from the check in front staff, to the bell boy who took our luggage to and from our rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean, great air conditioning, large bathrooms and shower! The breakfast food was amazing with fresh pupusas made daily and the bar staff was always friendly! They helped us schedule our covid test to return to the USA and they also helped schedule airport drop off and pick up! We will defiantly stay here again and tell all of our friends and family!

Even though I bought the option which said "breakfast included", its only included for one person and not the whole family. This is definitely disingenuous. It should be made *very* clear during booking that breakfast is only for one person. To be frank, I have no idea why that option even exists when booking a room for a family. Absolutely no idea.

My family and I enjoyed the professionalism, courtesy, respect, and friendliness of the staff. We would like to thank Enmanuel for going above and beyond to ensure my family’s needs were met. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and security.

The restaurant lunch and dinner menu was always the same. Delicious food but would have like to see a larger selection of menu items to include local food. Pool was small and rooms didn’t have a fridge.

Conformtable bed, clean clean clean Breakfast was great, there are a lot of varieries smoothies, fruits, pupusas etc.

We booked for three but we didnt, have enough towel, cups and other amenities. The bathroom door lock was broken. But overall it is very confortable

Staff at reception very friendly hotel is located close to Us Embassy perfect location beds super comfortable breakfast buffet was very tasty and again all the staff makes you fell like king very friendly people. I'll love to come back here again.

Gym needs to upgrade a little having more machines would do nothing else

Breakfast was excellent many choices of food clean and most of all everyone was very attentive. We felt very comfortable and the host Edwin Perez was extremely nice. I was very satisfied with all the service 😁

I'm not sure if my back was not right during my stay but I felt so uncomfortable on the bed I slept during my stay. first time it happens. Been here few other times and did not have that issue. Also I didn't like the security asking me to put a mask on every time. I been vaccinated and I understand them rules but I hate them mask and I'm a true believer 6 feet apart will do. I'm happy when people stays away from me :)

the room was very clean . and the 2 manager at the buffet were really kind ,Enrique and Edwin .

well talking about the price, I believe they need to have different type of food at the buffet.

Excellent room, friendly English speaking staff who are very courteous, accommodating and professional, clean facilities and room

Only major issue was unreliable internet that made it almost impossible to work remotely or stream anything. It’s also a bit of a walk to the major malls nearby

Location was convenient, 10 minutes from the Convention Center, and personnel was very friendly

Nothing in particular , pricing maybe slightly on the high side
