Things that I loved: 1-staff was amazing and very frindly 2-food was amazing espicially the omlet eggs chief ayman make 3- everyday choclate hour is made and delicios waffles are made by cheif samy 4-staff in the gym were very frindly espically captain harby who respected my concern about the smelly iced towels 5- houskeeping and the room cleanliness are splendid 6- beach is very good and i saw alot of diffrent rare spices of fish in the sea 7-beds are very comfortable 8- people are very nice

1-flies were all over the place and annoyed me too much will eating. 2-there was a fly in the sauce which irritated me 3- lizards were present in my room which scared me alot . 4- in the pool there was a died bee 5- the bathroom in the room has very very poor ventlation and awfel smells are comming from shower room.in addition that the bathroom doesnot have ac in it. 6- there is no hot water in the shower which made me shiver while taking the shower 7- there were no animation team and night parties are very rarly made 8- sewerage smell in the toilets bathroom shower 9- power cuts offten

The stay was super relaxing, It was my Husband's Birthday and they created an amazing setup with a very sweet cake. The buffet setup made me feel very safe covid wise as i was sure no one touched the utensils or the food except the staff who were wearing masks and gloves. The heated pool was very convenient and in such a sunny spot. The beach has very nice corals for snorkeling. Service was great everywhere, The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. There is also this chocolate hour that i loved, served in the lovely seagull restaurant. Its a true hidden gem and i will definitely go back.

The only thing is that the rooms needs a bit of renovation, The towels, Bed sheets etc all look a bit worn out. still comfy and clean yet i have to say this would make a difference and enhance the overall experience.

The diving on the local reef is exceptional - dive center is well run with knowledgeable guides. Breakfast was nice. Staff is attentive and helpful. Some of the upscale restaurants are quite acceptable. The wines are quite mediocre even the more expensive varieties Overselling of some dishes for instance calling large prawns Tiger Prawns

The restaurants offer a huge variety but some of it quite poor quality e.g. Japanese Tempura that is soggy. They should offer more local dishes Bathroom showers don't drain well.

We never visit the same hotel twice but for this one we decided to make an exception. This is our 2nd stay (8 months apart) and we already booked our 3rd at Mövenpick El-Quseir. This speaks volumes about how much we enjoy our time here. The resort is located directly on the wonderful Quadim bay, between sandy mountains and the deepest blue seas. The resort blends in with the surrounding nature due to its construction in the Nubian style and it includes about 250 rooms distributed in a group of stone-clad houses with high vaulted ceilings in atmospheric style. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a nice hibiscus cold tea and were invited to have breakfast till the room is ready (we arrived a lot earlier than we were supposed to). Check in was fast and smooth thanks to Mohamed from the hotel’s front office. The room is ample and spotless and it has absolutely anything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and electricity plug next to each bedside so you don’t have to worry about charging your phone, a mini bar but take notice that beverages come with an extra charge, flat screen TV, tea making facilities, a small seating area and a terrace. Bathroom is equipped with a nice hot shower cabinet, hairdryer, fluffy towels, toiletries and a huge mirror (and a small magnifying mirror). Housekeeping was impeccable, everyday room was cleaned, bed made, towels changed, two small water bottles, toiletries and tea/coffee were replenished. I really liked that they changed their pool towels system, so now we can use cards to get the towels directly at the pool. The old system of leaving the towels at the room was not very convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a very fine quality.

We were fully inclusive and the main restaurant food and beach bar were fantastic, however we had a night in the Seagulls restaurant and one other restaurant included in our fully inclusive rate and the food was awful: very poor pizza, undercooked risotto and inedible duck- extremely disappointing.

Muhammad received us warmly and helped us with the check-in procedures smoothly. He gave us a welcome drink. The room was quiet as we requested, and the place is environmentally friendly. I liked that no plastic water bottles were used, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room contained all the comfort requirements of bathroom slippers, a robe, and towels. Clean, the decor is warm and beautiful, the windows are decorated with beautiful patterns, the breakfast was more than wonderful, varied and fresh. I loved the beans, falafel, fresh juice and the gluten-free pastry corner. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful and the coral reefs and fish were very beautiful and easy to reach with the sandy beach. And the chocolate fountain was nice

I booked for four nights, and ended up staying for seven. It's arguably one of the best hotel experiences in Egypt. Fantastic location on the red sea, with an amazing house reef rich in marine life and corals. Hotel (and room) facilities and amenities cover all your needs, and more. The architecture and overall aesthetics of the buildings are phenomenal, and everywhere you go across the hotel grounds or shore front there's no shortage of scenic sights to lose yourself to. Food's great, with lots of varieties across different restaurants. The hotel staff are the highlight of the stay. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness; a balance very hard to find maintained in Egypt. Everyone wants to go the extra mile to make the guests happy, and to make the experience of staying there memorable. It certainly is memorable and I'm definitely coming back again, and again.

The property is beautifully designed and stretched out over a large area, which gives it almost the character of a small village. Everything is well maintained, staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in particular was a positive surprise, great choices and everyone behaved very civilized around the breakfast buffet, which held different choices every day. Large and very comfortable room, kept meticulously clean. No boat needed to get to snorkeling sites, you can get into the water right from the beach, the snorkeling center has everything you need.

Be aware that everything that is not included in whatever accommodation plan you have booked is hopelessly overpriced. Quality of food and drinks is good, but comes at a price point higher than most comparable places at home. This is particularly annoying as basically you are stuck there for your dinner, given very limited/ almost non-existent choices in the vicinity.

Laid back hotel in a fabulous location. Super friendly staff who really went out their way to help Great beach with a safe area to swim and a wonderful reef for snorkeling and scuba diving Very well run Dive Center. Extremely well run and organised - very impressed. We met lots of guests who are regular visitors. This was our first stay at this resort but will definitely come back

Rooms are quite small with not much storage. We upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Just a small grumble was the beverages - very poor quality of cocktails. Staff could do with better training in this department and given better quality ingredients to make them with such as fresh fruit juice.
