Pools are not heated This was a big issue and would make me think about coming again

Food was great, although there was no many varieties. The beach and pool was far above my expectations. Staff was friendly and the room service is excellent. They changed the pool rules to accept burkini which is a great step.

Nothing! only there is allot of crows and they try to steal your food and stand on your umbrellas whenever it is possible.

Breakfast and Dinner is really great in terms of variety and food taste. no Lunch option there is the all day dining restaurant. they have great seafood restaurant but I have to discover it myself as the hotel did not advertise for it. they have other restaurants but again no one told me about it. they have to work on advertising their own restaurants and facilities.

the ice cream price vs quality, I have paid $$ in the seafood restaurant for four persons meals while I have been charged more than the half of it for bad quality ice cream (taste and quality is below average) and the portion is not controlled as the scope size depends on the barista was really disappointed. Two of the restaurant staff at Dinner was not professional at all when requesting salt and paper one guy question me back (isn't it on the table?) this means either I am a liar or I cannot see well !!! at he end I have to bring it myself as he did not show up.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, and the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the highlight was the amazing food served in the hotel.

However, during both check-in and check-out, the same receptionist didn't provide details about the room, Wi-Fi access, and seemed unprofessional. Moreover, the receptionist mentioned that we should be very happy with the hotel rate, which also seemed unprofessional. The same experience occurred during check-out; they didn't ask about our overall rating, and when I inquired about future reservations and managing them, they weren't very informative.

Mosquitos are quite annoying in the evening, Hotel administration must find a solution. Pool design makes it not safe specially for children. Difficult to understand where shallow area ends and where deep area starts. Food good but not excellent, no much varieties compared to other hotels in the same category Breakfast same everyday. internet was very very very bad and i spoked many time about that but no action has be taken .. it is not good for hotel 5 stars. they have to used access point in every places around the hotel. you have to pay for water at the dinner this is shameful thing for 5 stars hotel. it will coast nothing for the hotel but it will give good reputation.

I did not like the mangerial way of controlling the people for covid precautions. #Better to make them stand on line in resturants and tell them to keep distance but they dont. #the animation team is useless either bring people or educate them to come early and do activites in the right way or just delete it. #My Room on booking was a seaview. Truth there was a huge tree that made the sea unclear. But its okay. But next time make sure all rooms can see the sea. #I dont mind the idea of payment for drinks and other food not included in the package I buy. But water is just irritating for me. Water need to be free not only in breakfast but all time. People dont pay that much money to eat and yes there is water in the room but not enough for one day even.

View of the room was perfect mixing both sea and pool, food was great and room size was good for a family.

It was one of the best stays I spent in the red sea, reception staff are super nice, making sure you have the comfort you need. My room had an amazing view for gardens and sea at the same time. Room service did a great job, to keep my room clean and beverages topped up. The food variety is very good, also its quality was beyond satisfying for me. I also had a Swedish massage with a professional Thai lady, was very relaxing, clean, and professional, helped to regain energy. I can not say anything but Grand Hotel really helped me chill as I wished for, the level of professionalism makes them way above other places. Next time for sure I will visit with my family.
