Non customers started playing Latin music very very loud around 6 am. Woke all of us up. And the people at the front desk over charged my 2 brothers even they they had a confirmation number from booking.com. Bad business. The look Andy up front got and attitude and I advise not to book on booking.com if they don't honor the original price.

Booking.com prices do not match they're prices. So I advise them to investigate this hotel far as price hiking once you check in. From $5-10 more in person

Primo location, excellent price per stay. security, check-in, Maintenance, rooms were cleaned & fresh towels daily. Spacious rooms/ balcony. pool.

This place is a gem...cost effective ..well trained staff that mind their own business...if your a single male traveling you'll understand my meaning...and a clean pool no matter what time of the day you wanna go for a dip..... well worth the price.

Well..I've stayed here multiple times on vacation so obviously there isn't much I don't like....If I had to be picky I'd say the toilet paper kept in the. protective rolling casing is pretty annoying..I wanna be able to peel off more than a square of paper when I'm ready to go..

Perfect for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The kitchenette was sufficient.

The door hardware to the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly, so noisy to open and close.

Unfortunately I got a room without a closet, drawers or a balcony.

The two from desk staff women are absolutely great! Both need a raise and accolades for what they deal with on a daily basis. They are Saints!!! The bar staff outside as well will heal you from a hangover STAT with SOPA! Security is grade A as well. Both the day and night Security officers are excellent, the security even helped me get a cab at 7am To the airport because my ride didn't show up, now that's being professional!

A little noisy in the area but so what... not the hotels fault at all!

I like the on-site restaurant and bar. The location was good too.

The only complaint was the street noise. You couldn't close the small living room window, so it was loud. But I was facing the main road. I'm sure if I was toward the back it wouldn't have been so loud.

The staff was super friendly and fun. The facility was safe. The room was spacious, clean and had fast consistant hot water. Huge comfortable beds. Full kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Currency exchange was available at front desk. Front bar and pool area bar available in evenings for cocktails. The restaurant breakfast was very very inexpensive and great. Best breakfast we had during our vacation. At $40 per night it was a good value.

The pool looked a bit dirty. No one dared swim in it during the 4 days I was there. The jacuzzi was not working, not even filled with water. If you want to sleep early or in peace it's not possible as the pool bar is open and thumping deep into the night. The location was just ok. A few extra blocks from sosua beach than most other places. Sink space was very limited.
