Lovely aparthotel which we chose as very close to the station for buses to Santo Domingo. It is so nice that as we had flexible plans stayed an extra night. Everything is spotlessly clean and well kept. I was impressed to see someone mopping before dawn! Our room was comfortable and clean with a large fridge freezer. small sink and stove area (although there was no gas at the time of our stay.) All staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Jordan. His fluent English was very helpful and he went above and beyond stopping off on his way to work to buy bus tickets for us. Also Jaime and the breakfast/restaurant staff were great. The Sushi dinner menu was unexpected and really delicious so highly recommend. The small pool and loungers were a great bonus and again very clean and well maintained. Winning the Booking.com review award last year was well deserved!

There was occasional traffic noise due to the busy local area.

Breakfast was amazing, it is not like your typical all what you can eat breakfast. It is the proper restaurant breakfast and if you ask nicely you can get more. The staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay joyful.

The location is little far from everywhere you wanna be.

- call them, they will pick you up at the airport - they drove me to the bus station so I can reach Santo Domingo (free of charge) - wifi was pretty good as far as I remember - very friendly reception staff - small bar and restaurant at a property - a pool - got two bottles of water and some fruit as a welcome pack, it really helped - there is a kitchen stove in the room - small shower gel and conditioner in the room

- they didn't tell me that they can pick me up at the airport before, so I had to go by taxi

I stayed in this place to be close to the bus stop and airport and I enjoyed. Away from all inclusive hotels you have a chance to meet travellers not tourists. Manager was very kind and helpful, he even lend me his bike so I could make a trip to secret Hoyo Azul and Claro nearby. Reception offers variety of paid attractions that Punta Cana has. I was offered late check-out due to the time of my flight. Rooms were comfy, very clean and breakfasts tasty.

Localisation is a place to experience how Dominican people really live in the town – I appreciated but that might be found as disadvantage (garbage, poverty, etc.),

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and clean, much more than I expected. I was positively impressed 👍

The staff was really helpful. They offer nice activities and organized everything around it. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant, the lobby and the corridors were clean. The security is better than we were hoping. The restaurant is really great, cheap and really fresh. We tried almost every items on the menu and weren’t disappointed by any of them. The owner Jordan was friendly and always available for any questions. He even recommended places to hangout and eat. If you look for a cheap place to stay and feeling welcomed, it’s the place!

There was a carnaval and it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t last all night and we sleep well. It a temporary carnaval that move around and is not there all year long.

The first thing to say is that this is a motel, rather than an hotel. But it has a good swimming pool, and can thus double as an affordable resort for the budget-conscious. The wi-fi was excellent, as was the room air conditioner. I enjoyed the Dominican breakfast. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in an authentic Dominican neighborhood, and so enabled contact with the local population. The on-site restaurant offered superb Japanese food, especially sushi. It far exceeded expectations for a hotel of this kind. It served good cocktails, too. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the carnival/funfair across the street from the hotel. It played deafeningly loud music for much of the evening, but usually, and mercifully, ended by midnight. For the rest, I have no complaints, merely a few suggestions. 1. In the bedroom kitchenette, a microwave and electric kettle would be preferable to a stove-top with gas burners. 2. Lights on the bedside tables would be welcome, or at least bedside switches to turn on/off the ceiling light. 3. I was not able to have the ceiling fan on with the light off, but that could have been me. However, with the air conditioning, this was not a problem. 4. A shaver socket in the bathroom would be a plus.

I am going in Punta Cana for 18 years (missed one year because of covid), this is the best "price-quality ratio" hotel. Very nice and friendly owners. It was our first time there and we felt we knew Bladimir and Jordan for very long. The rooms are very clean... and big.

Good location close to bus stop to Santo Domingo. Nice big room with kitchen and fridge included if needed, overall felt pretty clean. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Nice easy breakfast.

The price, if compared to other hotels. The breakfast: very good. The Chinese/Japanese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. Friendly staff :)

It’s more a motel than a resort: the swimming pool is next to the parking slots. There are no plants or trees (it’s all cement). Some beach umbrellas would be useful next to the pool! The building is a bit old and could be renovated. About safety: inside I felt safe, but if you expect the typical resort, this is not, because it’s right in the middle of the city! Keep in mind that the taxi to the hotel from that distance is expensive, at least 20-25 dollars. But everything is too expensive in Punta Cana
