The new gym and the swimming pool facilities are great
The rooms need some refurbishing. My basin didn’t have a water block, thus enabling cockroaches or even mice to come through inside the room.

The only thing I wish they could've included and it's very miniscule was a better wine selection being that I'm still young I prefer sweet wines and they had dry that older and elder people enjoy but aside from that everything was PERFECT! the staff were so helpful and very much on top of everything with what I needed. The HM resorts in general are amazing. The rooms very clean and I love that the cleaning services leave a cute design out of what they lay along the bed it's always a great treat to see.

The cost benefit ratio was more than I expected. The food is very rich and varied. The food truck section was an excellent alternative while you had a cocktail and spent the day at the pool. The sea is great for snorkeling.
Somewhat far from the Las Américas airport but once you arrive it is worth it.

I love this place! I felt very welcomed! Great helpful staff, always willing to make your stay comfortable, Great food and very relaxing atmosphere.
There were minor things like the phone wasn't working but they were very responsive and willing to fix it.
