Sheraton Djibouti

Excellent customer service, especially Miss Amani Ahmed and Asma Mahamoud; they greet guests warmly and with a smile. In addition, they listen carefully to the requests and needs of the customer. They address the customer by name and use polite language. Both are such wonderful people. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining area was magnificent. The staff Anticipates guests' needs, such as refilling drinks or bringing additional condiments. I will return in the future with the Sheraton Hotel, consistently providing excellent customer service at both the front desk and dining areas and exceptional hospitality.

Loved the first floor renovation and I had a spectacularly comfortable and modern room for my 2-week stay. I thought the gym was wonderful and really helped my stay be as productice as it could be. Really enjoyed the warm and welcoming spirit of all the staff, everyone was truly so kind and helpful.

The dinner and lunch menus were a bit limited and much of the meals lacked seasoning.

This is the second best hotel in Djibouti, only next to Kempinski. Good standards, internet working good. Good pool.

I wish there were more variety of breakfast foods. Essentials like cheese, salads, fruits, hams were there, but I wanted a little more extra. Especially, I wish there were a freshly squeezed juices. Private beach was really small, no sunbeds in the beach.

The service is excellent, the staff is very welcoming, very attentive. The breakfast has large variety of food items and, in my opinion, it can please all clients with different preferences. I really enjoyed my short stay in your hotel.

The staff are very professional and helpful. The only comment is due to the construction on the site, the noise is a bit disturbing during daytime. I suggest if the information is included in the online booking description (If not, I have not observed)

Our rooms were quiet and overlooked the street on the cul-de-sac. Poolside near the water, so a relaxing time. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

The lighting in the first floor’s rooms need to be increased. The patio sliding glass door need to slide with ease and not with a struggle.
