The room was big, comfortable and beautifully decorated, fitted with everything you will need. The room really was excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety for every taste. Free and easy parking was a bonus.

The restaurants and bar on site was closed. Wich was the reason we've chosen it in the first place. What a pity because there are many areas where you can sit outside with a drink or enjoy a meal. After a full day of driving we had to drive back into town to find a restaurant.

Traveled for a sewing course. Very comfortable hotel, I'm guessing standard Danish breakfast, which was also good. I did not know, and was not notified that the hotel restaurant would be closed for an event on 21 May (and Sunday, 22 May). But the receptionist was excellent, trying to find us a place, but everything was fully booked. So, I asked, since there were 8 events going on, and the kitchen responded by preparing dinner plates for my friend and I. We were so thankful - tired and hungry after our class, with nowhere to go to eat!

Expensive.

If it was not the room location I would have given a 10 to this hotel. I don’t speak about hotel location but about our room. It was not possible to open the room windows as the terrace clients could greet us. We heard their voices and we could see what they ordered. That room was not appropriate for the summer season when they have clients on the terrace. Obviously we could have used the curtains but who wants to be in a dark room when the view and weather is so nice? No privacy. They did not have foot towel in the bathroom. Surprisingly for a 4 star hotel.

Pleasant standard hotel and pleasant standard room. Really nice touch giving children their own 'child money' to spend on items in the shop. My daughter 'bought' a skipping rope and a yo-yo. Otherwise a little bland but perfectly good.

The double bed was two single mattresses pushed together which was somewhat uncomfortable. We were charged for a toothbrush although there would have been a further 75 DKK charge if we wanted it delivered to the room.

Modern large room with nice view on the park. Hotel is located on a hill providing a good view of the sea, also nice terrace for hotel bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good. There was a big parking at the hotel.

Restaurant was already fully booked at our arrival and hotel is located quite far from the city center (3kms). We found 3 spiders in our room. Juice was not refilled at breakfast, and there were not enough tables to sit outside.

The view is amazing and the hotel is quite new. There is a nice gym and the breakfast is just perfect with many options. The bedroom was good and cozy. The toilet is ok, has everything you need.

The hotel is not near the center and if you need to take the bus, like I did, you may have to wait for long periods of time. It does not have buses all the time, so you need to organize yourself. The check out is too early, 10am.

Breakfast is good with some variety of cereals, fruits and breads. The views to the fjord are really nice even though i have visited more during the winter days. The bed is comfortable and the room i got spacy. The access to the hotel is fast to go anywhere.

Sometimes the air conditioning is not strong enough to cope with the cold nights. I do not know if that could be improved or it is a problem of the isolation of the windows.

Very warm and welcoming from the start. The staff were helpful and super friendly, the room was comfortable and the hotel had some beautiful views in the common areas. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was good value for money, we found it amazing.

Slightly of the public transport route when traveling with heavier luggage, but definitely worth the 10min walk.

Very comfortable beds, and the room allocated had a walk out terrace, which was perfect for us travelling with our dog.

Although the location grounds were perfect for walking our dog, it did require a short car ride to local shops and restaurants.

Has a very good sized car park, lovely entrance and reception area, well maintained grounds, an abundance of seating areas and outdoor seating, very interesting design and layout which connects you well with the outdoors. Nice and quiet.

Breakfast wasn't very varied and some items were low stocked. No availability at the restaurant for 1 person for evening meals.
