Very practical hotel with great location (next to the Central Station), small but practical rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean and new. The best thing was the beautiful courtyard where you can have the great breakfast they offer in the morning.

The only problem: we asked for a quiet room and the staff responded funnily "we don't have noisy rooms, it's the guests who make noise and we can't help that". I explained that I meant a room away from the elevator and things like that. And she gave us specifically the room next to the elevator, of which you could hear the machinery working day and night. Hard to understand.

The location simply cannot be beat. Just around the corner from bars, restaurants, cafes, and the train. It is also incredibly easy to spend a day just walking everywhere. If I come back to Copenhagen, I would not consider staying anywhere else. Breakfast is delicious and worth paying for when you book.

It wasn't the hotel's fault, but if your room faces the beautiful courtyard, be prepared to be awake all night. Even with the windows closed, you will hear the party people laughing, yelling, partying all night. I was up until 3am every night of my stay due to these other people. I think it's important to note that these were not other guests in the hotel, but from other buildings who share the courtyard.

The staff is very polite and the hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station. The hotel has a pretty inner courtyard where you can have your breakfast and perhaps an evening snack or a drink to relax after exploring the whole day. Also breakfast was very nice! All in all a nice hotel.

The door of the room was not soundproof at all (big gap under the door), and in the morning we were woken up every morning starting at around 7 when breakfast starts and people were making noise in the corridor. Though we had a bit of bad luck with the room, as it was next to the elevator, so other rooms might not have as much noise. Also, the rooms are very small, which might be annoying for some, But personally, it wasn't a big deal.

It was centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the main station, giving easy access to and from the airport, and with the metro station at the end of the street. The room was comfortably furnished with three single beds and a roomy en suite shower room. It was on the top floor, but there was a lift close by. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of foods on offer and the dining room as brightly decorated. There was also seating in the small garden with the sound of running water from a water feature giving it a tranquil feel. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had an issue with the temperature of the room at the start as it was too hot and the air conditioning wouldn’t work but the receptionist found us a remote control and it was fine after that.

The hotel is well located, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms are efficiently planned, but small. Breakfast was good, simple and adequate. There was always someone at the front desk and very helpful.

Rooms were small. The building is not handicap accessible, as elevators are at the top of stairs. Few amenities in the rooms, only a blow dryer and a kettle, no iron or small fridge. No restaurant in the hotel, except for breakfast, although there are many within a short walk. There is no parking and accessing it is a bit of a challenge, as many streets are now for bicycles only. Watch out of the cyclists if you are driving, as they tend to ignore some of the rules of the road.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The Metro is right at the door to get to the airport easily. My husband and I walked everywhere for sightseeing. AAA for location. The breakfast was great. Very extensive menu on the breakfast buffet. The garden courtyard is a lovely place to sit . We love that the entire hotel and grounds are non smoking. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The bathroom was very tight (and we are not big people). Above the bed was a reading lamp that was in a silly place and constantly hitting my head. The lifts are between floors (due to the age of the building) so be prepared to carry your luggage some of the way at least. Tea and coffee or disposable cups are not replenished for second cup or second day.

Lovely hotel, perfect size twin room to feel apart when sleeping and even storage for clothes! The courtyard down stairs is lovely, quiet and sheltered , we were able to relax there with nibbles and a drink between our explorations of both Denmark and Sweden due to the closeness of the central station- but did not hear single train in our stay! The staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful and always friendly, entirely in perfect English due to our utter lack of danish! Have recommended to several friends and family members- thank you much for a wonder first visit to Denmark-and scandivia as a whole!!!

Staff were friendly! Bed was so so so comfortable which was well needed after flying for over 24 hours. Opening windows was great - could hear the birds which was nice in the morning. They had a fan in the room which I LOVE. I need air moving around and white noise to sleep so this was a personal favourite - small to others but big for me. :) Great location, I was only there for a night but could walk easily to Myvatn and through the shops.

Could hear the neighbouring room thumping around quite clearly, and the bathroom had a few little things I noticed that didn’t seem as clean as I would’ve thought. But that’s being picky. I slept so well here and that’s what I needed!

The location is just amazing, just a couple of minutes from the main train station, Tivoli is about 10 min on foot, about 20 minutes on foot to the center (Gammla Strand). If you use the metro, even less. The hotel is clean, the room was quiet, I had the inner courtyard view (who cares anyway, as long as there is a window). The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough options, classic buffet experience. They also have a storage room where you can leave your bags.

The bed was not the best, the solution to put a thin top mattress on what looked more like a half of a sofa, than a bed...is, well, a poor solution. :D I did sleep fine, but I guess that has more to do with walking around the whole day and being tired. It's not a big minus, let's call this an "improvement area". ;)

The hotel is very clean and in a handy location next to the main station. If you get a metro card you can be on a metro within 4 mins from the door. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is lovely with really nice products. There is a nice courtyard to sit in when the weather is nice.

The rooms are cozy, so you have to be good friends or partners. The street can be quite noisy in the evening. If you are used to a big bed you may find the single beds a little small.
