Chateau 9 Apartments by Adrez Living

Perfect location! The street was quiet, but all the exciting things were just around the corner! The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We were there with 3 adults and two children and had more than enough space. The staff was outstanding. There was a maintenance problem with the building during our stay and we had to leave the apartment. Andrew was incredible in helping us navigate this. He helped with bags and called us a cab. The apartment we moved to was fantastic and the trip was salvaged.

Having a full flight of stairs to get to the elevator made getting in and out difficult with small children and an adult with mobility issues. Thankfully we were allowed to leave our stroller at the entrance.

The location is excellent. The furniture was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well.

There was a problem with the outdoor keypad access. One of the numbers did not work.

The location is very convenient. It is close to everything and on a quiet street. Since we were 6 people, we rented a three-room apartment and the room was perfect. My friends were amazed. Both its size and the fact that it has two bathrooms are very important and a plus point for women. The cleanliness of the apartment and the supplies in the kitchen were very sufficient. If I visit Prague again, I will choose to stay in the same place again and I will highly recommend it to my friends. The price was also very affordable.

The location was outstanding. In the very heart of Prague, near to almost everything, and with good restaurants in the neighborhood. Also, the accommodation was very silent and great to rest after long walks at the end of the day.

If the room was a little bit bigger, it would be more comfortable. But Nothing that could harm the experience. I would definitely recommend the place to all travelers!

The location is perfect. Close ro eveything in the city center. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We got a very good price and for that u think its great value for money!

The room was a little small, the feet of the bed was right ahainsta the wall so the person sleeping on the far side always had a hard time with that.

The apartment was in a top location , right next to Charles Bridge 3 minutes walk to the astronomical clock. It was very clean and spacious, we had everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. We had a problem with our Wi-Fi and we called the reception. They immediately picked up. There was a perfect communication with the receptionist, the lady was very friendly and helpful. We had an internet technician in 2 minutes time, we were amazed at his speed. Our problem was fixed in the rank of a minute. Also, the storage was very spacious and it felt like we were at home as we left our clothes and necessities within so we don’t have to go back and forth between our suitcases. The bathroom was spotless and had all the fresheners you needed and they were of a very good quality and had an amazing scent. The kitchen was stocked up as well and we could cook easily as we had all the equipment provided. The apartment was warm and it’s heating was quick as well. Very highly recommended!❤️

There was a problem with streaming Netflix, but that helped to not keep me in the house all day and see Prague instead 🤣💃

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, to a walking distance to everything. It's surrounded by cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, with the charming vibe of the old city. The apartment has the basics, kitchenette, air conditionair, fridge.

The neighbours were preatty noisy, but the street is quiet, even when the center is crowded. The room is so narrow that is hard to acces the other side of the bed or open the window. The airing system in the bathroom is so noisy!

Excelente location, eight in the middle of old downtown, well equiped , extremely clean, very spacious, very nice beds and pillows.

The communication could be much better. I had to go to central reception as they did not send me the code to access the apartment till check in time. Also, if you are going by car, is very dificult to reach their parking, wich was very good at the end.

Been in Prague after 20 year was a miracle again. We were looking for a downtown apartment for 4 persons for 4 days and finally we've found this valuable, calm and nice place (available up to 6 person) with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, where the Prague Marathon Start/Finish took place. Before and after the tiring event we were able to discover the city easily. The property is managed by a hotel just 100 meters away, and check-in took place there. Parking the cars was available at the end of the street in a safe yard, even though getting there was exciting, due to the narrow streets with full of pedestrians in the downtown. The place is calm and quiet, except the Saturday nights, when the Old Town area is full of beer-tourists and parties lasts long, but this is the nature of the place.

The coffee machine was missing from the apartment. Having kitchen clothes should have been beneficial as well as well as salt and sugar. All the rest were perfect.

Great location in Old Town. good breakfast place Bond Cafe downstairs for quick access to morning coffee.

one AC unit not working and the other one leaking water. Repair people can by to work on one and were nice but if AC not working should have let us know and made other arrangements.
