Esplanade Spa and Golf Resort

Excellent location on top of a hill overviewing the town, surounded by old forests. Building is an old stylish castle that was well refurbished. Restaurants very stylish, including breakfast place - spotless table sheets. Loved the mineral water springs in the hotel where you can take the best water freely. Very strong spa facilities - we took the floating tank, mineral water pool also available. Manicure by Tatiana was the best I ever had 😊

Great location, free parking, free wifi, nice whirlpool bath tub. Swimming pool is nice, also the dining room. Sometimes the hotel looked a little worn (carpet, towels), but it was always very clean and everything worked properly. We got a very nice room (402) and had a beautiful view over the city of Marienbad. Walking to the city is really close (less than five minutes), but a little steep.

There was one handyman not wearing a mask and we saw another couple once eating and moving around the hotel not wearing masks. The staff must have seen this, but they seemed not to take care of the problem. Otherwise, Corona protections were done very well; we felt safe overall.

The property exceeded my expectations. This is the case when photographs do not reflect the whole scope. Amazingly beautiful 1911 building, great and well-preserved interiors, fantastic spa, marvelous location.

Hotel is very good!! My room, breakfast,service it was very, very good! Even excellent! Staff was very friendly, especially Veronica. the hotel is located in the forest and you can reach the city on foot in 5-10 minutes. this hotel is of a good European level!

the hotel is located on a hill and therefore it is quite difficult to climb back from the city, especially for the elderly. Weak WiFi in the room. I would love to have a kettle for tea and coffee machine in the room. I wrote to the hotel that I prefer Double bed, and I get twin bed😩.

The swimming Pool was nice. It had a private parking at the hotel. The greeting was nice. The staff was polite.

The chiller was not cooling the room good. The swimming pool is accessible only till 6pm.

Friendly Staff, Quiet Location not far from downtown. We had the NYE package and it was very well organised, the food was amazing and well-decorated. The view for the city center is beautiful to see the fire-works. Moreover, the hotel had it's own fire-works. We have tried the SPA and it was also perfect.

Allergens food not as diverse as it could be; Staff hardly speaks English. Wi-fi on the 4th floor is really bad. Response time could be improved.

Beautiful decor, excellent food and service at the restaurant

The heating system in our room was broken. The information on spa and wellness was confusing and we were sent back and forth between the hotel reception and spa area just to book a massage. The massage itself was good but it lacked a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is situated on a hill very close to Kolonada, it is very comfortable, I was there for the second time and I can say I will be back. Procedures are quite good, the staff is very friendly and the price quality ratio is very good, a surprise for Czech Republic! Breakfast is also very good, nothing too fancy however there is anything one needs, even plant based milk! I can only recommend this hotel!

very nice and large room. Beautiful view of the city, balcony. Hotel well-kept, clean very few guests, there was silence. TV a very large selection of channels. Staff polite and professional. great selection of drinks at the mini bar. Mineral water source on the premises of the hotel. Free, secure parking.

Air conditioning ineffective. I find hotel outdoor fans too loud, especially at night. There is trouble sleeping.

Super nice, friendly and helpful staff: waiters, bartenders, cleaning ladies. Excellent meals (kudos to Chef!) in a charming, old fashioned ambiance. Large room. Luxurious swimming pool. Free parking.
