Easy access to pools. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. You could walk out the back and have full access to the ocean. Downtown Jaco was an easy walk with even more options for food and shopping. And nice artwork on the walls.

Our bed. It was wonderful BUT the bed was not attached to the headboard and kept sliding away causing our pillows to constantly fall into that space between. Only negative experience.

The resort is beautiful and the staff was amazing the staff was most attentive and respectful and the front desk manager went above and beyond for me. This resort is right on the beach and so clean and well maintained.

My room was not so clean it was dusty and looked like it sat for a while between guest, my TV didn't work the first night even thought a staff member tried to fix it but the next morning they switch it out with a different one that did work. One of the many reason I choose this resort was for the Casino but the table games where not open during our stay. I didn't feel that the room that I was giving was the one I booked, the room I stayed in was much small and did not have the amenities I was expecting. The front desk manager was the answer to all my problems and went above and beyond to make everything better, thanks to her the next time I stay in this area I will try this resort again because of her.

I loved the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, the pool was amazing, and the Zarpe restaurant had really yummy food and drinks. The proximity to the beach was a plus, and it's a nicer beach compared to the beach closer to town. Our room was spacious and airy and I loved all the storage for our clothes and the desk area for eating or putting on makeup. Plus there's a huge full length mirror which I loved. I also loved the welcome drink, that was a really nice touch.

The wifi kept disconnecting depending on where I was in the hotel and if I moved around. That was kind of annoying, but it worked really well when I was connected. The shower floor is really slippery. They should provide a mat because that's an accident waiting to happen. I didn't really get a good night's sleep at all. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't. Not sure why but I was not a fan of the pillows. There should really be an option to get your eggs cooked to order like in other resorts. But they did make fried eggs for my hubby upon request which was nice.

The hotel is great, located in a quiet private side of the beach, but very near to the center of Jacó where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Great facilities, very clean and the staff very friendly.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, nice bath with good hot water flow, pool was clean and great for the kids.. live music in the background, free parking and most important great location not inside busy Jaco town.

Hotel team needs a little bit of tuning to have a better awareness to customer needs. we had an air condition water leakage creating a puddle at the front door. it happened while we came back to a 2PM rest - we asked for other room and the team took their time finding one after 50 minutes

The staff really were exceptional. Everyone was great. However, a special thank you to Jordany Alverado at the front desk and the casino pit boss Jimmy. The kids had turned 18 and wanted to play. Jimmy treated them almost like family and they had a great time. Jordany went above and beyond to make sure some of our mistakes were fixed. Thank you.

the property is beautiful and maintained so well, you can walk downtown in like 20 mins. you can always find shade under and umbrella or trees and it’s directly on the beach. the room was clean and large and we could open the door even without a balcony which was super nice. the vibe is super chill and not super party like which is nice.

The pool was amazing and pretty much full. Breakfast didn’t have once because we were enjoying the night life. The room was great and very nice!

I think the fact Crocs would like people to make a reservation to eat inside the hotel was a lot. I didn’t walk by and it was full, so it’s just a little more than I would have liked.

great location, great beach, it is maybe the best hotel in the area, will surely recommend and stay there again. Overall the pool and the rooms were very clean and comfortable

food is something that can improve, mostly on the options available, but it is still very good, local products and amazing presentation, not bad
