The breakfast was good. The area around the hotel was ok with a few restaurant options nearby. It is a considerable distance from the downtown area of the city.
I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room the first two nights of our stay. It did improve considerably after my mentioning my concerns. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The location was nice, safe and convenient. it was close to the cable tower and big shopping mall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
As a visitor, we were confused that the hotel was not located close to the cable station while it’s name had “cable” in it. The area was called CABLE as there was an old cable station in the area. it was 10 min taxi ride after we got off the cable station.

The location was great and very convenient. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and it had air conditioner which was very nice since in Manizales can be hot sometimes. Breakfast was very nice and the staff helping serving tables was very nice too. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was much better than expected and it is for sure that we will recommend it to our friends and will stay there next time we are in Manizales.
Everything was excellent, there was nothing we did not like.

Breakfast was great. The rooms overall are very good. The hotel feels premium, yet was affordable. Its location is fantastic -- you're a two minute walk away from one of the most beautiful locations in Medellin.
The shower door in my bathroom didn't stay shut, which meant that water would spew all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower. They wouldn't change my room without having me pay extra. I refused and stayed in my room, but I believe they should have allowed me to change rooms. They used this as an opportunity to try to sell me an upgrade to a luxury suite (funnily enough, the shower door to that suite also didn't close).
