The room I initially paid had no window or any kind of natural light so it was completely dark, which was not stated in the description. I had to pay more to be moved to a room In June there were some renovation works going on too.

Great location in Usaquen on quiet street. very warm room,really hot water,good breakfast.We left our baggage 3 times here-it was our "base" hotel in Colombia.very good internet,own restaurant working until 10.00 pm.Mall Santa Barbara with money exchange inside (until 19.00) ,24 hour pharmacy and Olympus supermarket nearby

I wondered but in all Usaquen in Sunday all cafe and restaurants closed at 19.00 !!!

Small hotel in a great location in the upscale part of Bogotá. Close to shopping, good restaurants and street performers. Hotel has a small restaurant in front, great fare. I would return.

Breakfast is simple and not too exciting after day three. One may skip it and go to the good places nearby. A minor detail.

Location, cozy place, clean, good shower, good bed too, small but nice breakfast, mainly very nice staff.

Average Latino sound isolation (so non existent), you can literally hear every outside noise, including from other guests. But just bring earplugs and you’ll have a good time in this wonderful place!

- friendliest receptionistS I've had In a while. I arrived at midnight, they made me feel like home. Next morning had a meeting so didn't need breakfast. Meeting was late, and receptionist kindly prepared a nice eggs-arepa-orange juice breakfast for me. Very considerate and professional, i told them one night i was going to do an early checkout at around 7. She was waiting for me at the reception next morning with a take-away breakfast. Mind blown experience.

Room next to reception, heard a bit of noise at night. The room key doesn't open the gate, so had to ring bell and wake up receptionist.

Everything was amazing, the food, the staff, the location. Definitely we will stay again at Casona Usaquen and we strongly recommend it.

An issue with the Internet needs to be sorted, that's why I didn't rate it with a 10. But appart from that everything was perfect

The location is excellent, is just half a block away from the Usaquen plaza. Also going away from the usaquen plaza there is a quiet neighborhood where you can walk and is very beautiful. The breakefast is a nice one, eggs, toast, fruit, coffee or chocolate, OJ. The room size is ok, maybe the shower is a little bit small but you are only going to be there for 5 minutes. The room also has a nice TV with cable and a heater (not that I needed it). The best thing about my room is that It had a window to see part of the sunset in between the other brick houses.

My room was infront of the suit and the suit has a little balcony in front of my window. It was a little bit uncomfortable because the guests from that room could see me and viceversa. While they where outside in the balcony I usually had to close the curtains to have more privacy. (this only happened 3 times during my stay of 12 days)

we loved everything about the property. The location, very safe, quaint. Amazing restaurant in the hotel. we especially loved the staff at Hotel Casona. Always there to help make your stay even better with a big smile on their faces!! Can’t wait to return!

Great location! The hotel restaurant had a couple vegan options.

I stayed in the ground floor and it was very noisy in the early mornings next to the room I was staying. Unfortunately the room’s door wasn’t soundproof and I could hear everything.

The room is very cute. Had a great terrace. Romantic! Also a GREAT location!

The stairs up to the room were a little dangerous for an older couple. Fine if you are young. But if you are older, carrying heavy suitcases or a little drunk - watch out!
