The location
The hotel is really out-dated, I've been staying there for more than 10 Years...This time was the worest. The Breakfast was terrible. The Facilities are getting really old. They charged me more for changing the room with an extra bed. And it didn't have a working safe box or a telephone... They did give me another room which was much smaller... But for the same price..!!!

The website says the Embassy Suite is over 3,000 square foot...it is not. It is a regular sized suite. Very disappointed. The AC in the bedroom wouldn't turn off (which was fine), but the AC in the front room didn't work. Had maintenance up twice and they didn't fix the problem.
