the hotel was renovated, all is new, clean facilities, rich breakfast. I was on the fair visiting , organized shuttle bus to fair, Staff want to help but only a few of them speak english.
I got an apartment with separate bedrum and full kitchen but without any spoon, or plate. It was too cold in the room, I asked the reception for help and they sent me the house keeper but he didn't understand us or he also don' t know how to turn on the heating or at lest to turn off totally the ventilation. Before COVID I stayed in this hotel and than I can change some USD to CNY at the reception, only few dollars for urgent case. Now they didn't want to change, said don't do this anymore. If soembody tried to change USD in China he know what I'm talking about. No massage in the hotel. I asked on the reception for foot massage and they sent me to another hotel with excuse they don' t have this service.

We got an unexpected upgrade and it was beautiful! The room was spacious, very modern and comfortable. The hotel staff members were helpful and friendly and the location was great too!
The only negative point i could make was that the washing machine didnt work, but it wasnt a problem as we didnt expect there to be a washing machine anyway.
