The room was modern and clean with a fantastic window view of the Central Broadcasting Station Building outside. The service was responsive, staff were nice. I also got a surprised birthday cake and beer delivered to our room. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall so no need to go outside, there are plenty of restaurants available next door.
Beijing traffic was terrible but the hotel is not to blame.

we stayed in a suite and it more than exceeded our expectations - the room was big with floor to ceiling windows all around including from the bathtub. We loved the modern touches - electric curtains and toilet in particular. The suite includes buffet breakfast and dinner - the breakfast was great but the dinner was all Chinese which was a surprise for an international hotel chain. The Hainanese chicken rice was perfect though, a slice of home for people who can't travel internationally these days. Beersmith downstairs has fantastic food and a brilliant house band.

Fantastic location and great view to CCTV tower in the heart of beijing CBD. There is a china world mall beside which you can spend several days in and enjoy different restaurants and luxurious shops there. And finally you can access subway line 1 station easily from the the hotel by going in the china world mall shopping center, the signs accurately guide you to the station. And also the gym and swimming pool equipped by all the facilities you need for a professional workout.

Great location, staff are super friendly and very nice. I've stayed here multiple times so I know what to expect. Hotel always meets my expectations. Rooms are clean and modern. Room service is quick and efficient. Gym is 24 hours. Not much more I could ask for.

If Hotel Jen offered more options on food selection on the room service menu, this place would have just become perrrfect. The menu was limited to some chinese and some bar food. Concierge spoke limited english.

great location, facilities are all new and smart. Staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. the best part is, I told them I am having my 4th year anniversary with my gf, they did gave us the free upgrade to the 20th floor and it is right next to the cctv tower.

Everything is perfect for me and my husband. we celebrated my husband birthday here, the hotel prepared birthday cake and snacks for us . Hotel is clean, location is very good, also the view is great!
