Comfort Inn Prince Albert

Breakfast is good for a continental, there was enough food - didn't run out. I like the pastries and coffee. The staff is friendly. I love the separate balcony entrance to my room so convenient for letting the dogs in and out! I like the fridge and microwave - handy for your own food and drinks.

The carpet was damp - so they must have shampooed the carpet from the last stay/pet. I have 2 dogs so really can't complain. My dog spilt his water and when I used the towel to mop it up the dirt coming out of the carpet was excessive and gross. There was a dirty hand smear on the closet next to the bed - a bit suspect - I just stayed away! Maybe have tile in the pet friendly rooms. The room next to me exceeded their guest number - there was a family of 8 in 1 room! They were coming and going all night and slammed the door every time. As a result my dogs barked - sorry to the room next to me! Housekeeping did not make up my room on the first night - I needed fresh towels. The beds are hard. While I like a firm bed this was too hard even with the thin mattress topper.

outside entrances

I specifically booked a ground floor, outside entrance, online. when I got to the hotel I was on the 2nd floor. I went online to booking.com and double checked, there were still 5 rooms showing available online for ground floor/outside entrance but the clerk at the desk said they didn’t have any. my assumption is that the rate I paid, didn’t allow me to be in one of the other rooms. I ended up staying a 4th night, after I checked out, I made this decision. the rate was slightly higher, but the room was better quality than the room they put me into from the online booking.

Great breakfast. Property was in excellent condition.

Request for a cot was not followed up. Luckily we were able to use an inflatable mattress which we brought with us. The cot was requested through Booking.com but this was obviously either not passed along or ignored by the property. Room 102.

You need an exercise/fitness room with treadmills and bikes. I'm type 2 diabetic and need to walk as part of my doctor ordered health plan. I do not feel safe walking this time of year due to melting ice, slippery areas, etc.

Well maintained hotel in Prince Albert, it was easily accessible. We had two comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Parking was close to the rooms and well lit.

Room walls seem to be not enough sound insulated, we could hear loud talks from outside late at night.

The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Huge, spacious room. The inclusive breakfast selection was way above my expectations, and the staff so welcoming.

Highway 2 can be noisy through the night, but even so I slept like a log.

I like it was remote. And quiet. McDonald's isn't very far. I loved there was an awesome breakfast but I couldn't eat any cuz my kids slept in most of the time

There wasn't enough toiletries in the washroom. Was given on toilet paper roll.

bed was very comfy!! gal in breakfast room was very friendly & helpful. Felt safe staying there alone.

some tv channels weren’t working. breakfast was ok (eggs were weird texture & sausage didn’t look appetizing) but waffle was awesome! I was surprised to NOT have coffee machine in my room.

very good breakfast, is it possible to make coffee in the breakfast kitchen put them in thermos style containers, all other hotels do this now coffee taste that much

the present coffee dispenser the taste is not as good if it was made separately put into thermos style containers sure the taste would be better

Exceptionally clean. Felt very safe staying there during a challenging time for businesses with Covid 19.

Listening to the sound of water dripping coming from somewhere which didn’t appear to be inside the room. Notified front office of what I heard. The young man at the front desk was very appreciative of me letting him know and said he would get someone to check it out. In fact, he offered even a discount to me on my next stay which I told him was not necessary as he said no one had notified the desk of any problem.
