Chateau Repotel Henri IV

The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner too.

The towels in the bathroom were losing threads and had holes in them. And a couple of sheets had strings in the hems coming undone. I think that the laundry facilities shoud check to make sure that old and damaged towels and sheets should be replaced and not used anymore.

Super comfortable mattress. Average size room, very clean. There are quite a few restaurants around but it is a bit far from old city. But good value for money. All in all a good place to stay.

AC was very old and made loud noise at times.

spacious,clean, comfortable,close to eating establishments and small convenience stores. Also good value for money. Good bus links to old Quebec and reasonable price if you buy the 24 hour bus pass which was obtainable from the gas station close by.

A little bit noisy at times being close to the highway but,no problem really.

Did not have room service, unless requested. Room did not have towel, we asked for it. They asked us to go downstairs to get it, instead of bringing it upstairs. Bad conditioner. Coffee in reception was paid, and in the room we had instant coffee - not ideal.

Clean rooms

I have booked a room for 4 people and they have provided only 2 towels in room. When I requested 2 more towels, a lady at reception said we don't have towels, all towels are in laundry. I saw a housekeeping lady had towel with her when I was checking out my room.

Need a better coffee maker(kcup)in room or make coffee available in the lobby for free. Microwave in room. Have to downstairs in lobby to use. Noisy rooms above due to the hardwood floors. Put some foam tabs under the chair legs.

Clean room since it's newly renovated comfy beds. Affordable and close to some restaurants, Tim Hortons and gas station if you are driving.

The color of the hotel building is different from the website since it was renovated they should update their website. We got a bit lost because we are looking for a green bldg. There's no rod to hang your towel only a hook behind the door. The hotel lobby needs an upgrade (maybe they are working on it!).

Spacious a car park, Clean

I was staying in the first floor, The curtains somehow were transparent, the window view was a parking area, I could see people came and went out of their car. I was a bit concerned that they might be able to see me as well.

The hotel room and facilities were good. Staff was helpful as well.

Booking.com kind of cheated us by only showing the partial hotel price and then I found at hotel that I needed to pay additional 50$ for govt taxes.. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the Booking.com site issue

- The room was renovated and furnished very well. - It was so clean. - Location was pretty good, close to a lot of restaurants and stores specially Tim Horton for the coffee lovers. - Price was decent for the service provided and compared to the other hotels.

- Nothing much to mention, you get what you pay for.
