Aurora Inn

This place has excellent rooms. Well renovated and maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in the property. The staff was there and gave a warm friendly vibe to a cold, wet and tired traveler like me. I was well instructed, and enjoyed my room which has parking in front of the door, perfect for motorcycle travelers.

I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement at this place. Be nice if they added a kettle for those of us that like to make tea in our room. There is always room for improvement with device charging, adding a special power bar with USB plugs is always a nice touch, but this is really splitting hairs. The place was fine and the price was fair.

I don't like the fact that the rooms don't have a microwave, I spent 322$ for 2 nights but still had to go out and buy fast food for 3 meals both days because I had no way to even make microwaveable stuff. There's room on the table where the coffee stuff goes to set a microwave and just place things on either side of it. Every other hotel/motel I have gone to has a microwave in each room.

I recommend this great little place. My Niece and her husband were really pleased with the accommodation. Staff were very welcoming, and it was a good location with restaurants nearby. I booked this a few months ahead of time for my family from the UK. There was initially a mix-up for the date on the booking.com site, and the Motel was very helpful and sorted it out in a polite and professional manner.

The property is great, loads of lawn space, some shade, some open. Great for getting our dog some exercise in the middle of a long road trip. Picnic tables. Lots of parking. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable. You can tell it's an older building but the effort to update it is noticeable. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it actually is. Check-in was great. Staff was great. Even the other guests we encountered were very friendly. I would stay there again no question.

Location is fantastic, easy to get in and out of, and the rooms are modern and clean.

king rooms only have a walk-in shower, no tub. this was hard for a business traveller looking to relax on arrival after a long day of driving. also, rm 18 might be haunted lol thé desk phone speakerphone kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night leading me to unplug it.

The room was warm and comfortable, the bed I didn't wanna get out of. The staff were nice.

I think the only thing that I wasn't keen on was the fact that there wasn't atleast a microwave. We kinda just wanted to stay in and watch a movie and eat something that we could just do in a microwave but we had to go out to eat.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean with easy access. The shampoo, soap, etc was individual size and not a large community size bottle.

The room was very hot when I arrived, it would have been nice if the air conditioner had been turned on prior to my arrival. The air conditioner was noisy and took a long time to cool the room.

We always stay here when we come to visit our Family The Rooms are clean and comfortable! I have never been disappointed in my Stay here I definitely recommend the 5 Star Service you will receive here

Very clean room, bathroom facilities are new, generous with towels. Would have been nice to have had a kettle as we needed one during our stay. Not a dealbreaker! Staff were pleasant. Would stay here again!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament. A number of families from the team all stayed here. It had a great green space for the kids to play. The rooms were clean. There is Tim’s and Needs Convenience store right across the street.
