amazing location looking over the bay, fresh & clean, authentic NL!

There was a water advisory in place. We would have appreciated a few bottle of water. We would have also appreciated a little list of where we could go to eat or purchase food. Arrived at 7pm Sunday night, off season, after a long day of travel.

We were very pleased with the location, right on the water! There was very good use of space in the room, it was clean and comfortable, and it had a cottage feel. Unfortunately, we visited Twillingate on a rainy, extremely windy, and cold day so using, and appreciating, the beautiful deck/balcony at the water was not possible. We really hope that we will have an opportunity someday to visit Twillingate in order to appreciate the community and this property when the weather is much nicer. We would stay here again!

We messaged the owner to see if the room might be ready a little early on this rainy day since the weather didn't allow us to appreciate some of the local sights the way we might have. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response for a few hours. However, we decided to check the property for access (about a half hour before) check-in time and the property was available.

Loved the location overlooking the water. The view was fantastic from the eastward facing deck.. We took some great sunset phots as well. Within walking distance to local attractions. And close to local grocery stores and coffee shops.

When we arrived it was 28 degrees that day after riding a motorcycle all day was looking forward to some relief from the heat, We got to the room to find it was 28.5 degrees in the room as they do not have air conditioning . But the fan in the room helped a lot

Check in process was unexpected but very efficient. Booked two suites. The one downstairs was smaller with a larger deck (but it was cold and rainy). The one upstairs was perfection. Great views of the harbour, including the icebergs, and great base for the whole area.

Liked it all! Wish it had more availability so we could have booked a few days there instead of just one overnight.

Easy check-in! Instructions sent beforehand and we were able to just roll into town and access our room. Cosy and comfortable! Beautiful view! View of icebergs right from the elation I er looking the harbour. Central to the “downtown” of twillingate (walkable) and as twillingate is not that large - a very short drive to everything you would want to do in the area.

Outstanding location right on the water with a balcony. The unit was cozy, clean & comfortable.

Air conditioning would have been appreciated. It was difficult to sleep. The fan was helpful. There was no human contact with anyone. Detailed electronic instructions were sent and supplies were readily available, but we never saw or spoke with anyone.

Parked our car right beside our unit. Not too far to carry luggage. Our host brought us coffee packages after housekeeping hours which was much appreciated. Annie the housekeeper was very helpful. Good location

We were in a suite on the first floor with a suite above us. When they remodelled this house to have 4 suites with two up and two down it might have been good to have better insulation between the floors. The foot steps upstairs woke us up every morning. For us the bed was small but we managed

Well located at the waterfront with picturesque view from the room. The room is spacious, kitchenette is well equipped. A short walk/drive to most of the restaurants (although many are temporarily closed for the cold season and due to Covid), and short drive to most of the hikes in Twillingate.

Current road work and water system work in the town cause some inconvenience, but hopefully will be completed soon. Would also have helped if customers can be made aware of those at booking or sooner after booking so they still have time to make change to the plan should they wish to. Room is lacking a closet or cabinet to store clothes.

Our room was right on the ocean and it was such a beautiful view and location. The room was clean and comfortable and felt like a little house with everything you need.

Having breakfast available would have been nice, but we enjoyed a great breakfast at Annie’s restaurant not far away.

We loved our stay. It was our second last night in NL on our way back to St. John's, and a side-trip to Twillingate was unplanned. The suite was lovely. Clean and comfortable and a great location with the deck overlooking the water. We also visited the Auk Island winery where we were screeched in and they were delightful. Also chose to stay in our room for dinner with Mary Brown's takeout which we loved. We didn't want to miss being in the room! Thank you!
