Norfolk Motel

I loved the owners - very nice couple. The room was clean and felt healthy. It is in what seems to be a very safe area and the St. John's River across the street is beautifulI. I had a great night's sleep, motel was quiet, my room was warm, and there was plenty of hot water. All the basics are good.

No 2 things seemed to "go together" in terms of style and color, but that has no impact on a good night's rest. I have a strong desire to return to help the owners with updating the rooms and decorating. The tub needed recaulking, but again not a big deal.

The chair for the desk was missing Lights control. The light switch was on the wall on the other side of the bed. I ha to get out of bed in the dark to turn the lights on, or turn the light off and go to bed in complete darkness.

This was such a nice little place to rest our heads after a long drive going back home to Ontario from the Digby-Saint John ferry. Cute little motel, no noise whatsoever and excellent place for dogs. My dog unfortunately got a tick from the long grass but that is simply the nature of the game and out of the motel's control. I would highly recommend this place and would come again should I be in the area.

Booking .com gave the price on the website lower and when I neared booking completion it said today's price is 10 CAD more. Bad business practice.....needs to be avoided. Quote what is today's price from the beginning to the end....so the customer is not misled or forced to book all the same because he is tired and it is late.....

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always right there if we needed anything and it was great that I could bring my dog, he also enjoyed the quietness of the motel

Only thing that was a little off was not enough pillows and beds where a little uncomfortable but for the price, you can't really complain.

Friendly and helpful staff accommodated my request for a late check-in. Very simple, basic place, but that’s all you need for a travel stop off the highway.

Curtains did not provide much privacy.

Cute. I like old fashioned motels. Loved the no carpet Reno’s.

Remote for tv didn’t work. I manually put that on. The cable one worked. Completely minor

I arrived very late at night and I am able to sleep immediately. The motel manager was very helpful to assist my heavy luggage in the room. It is very much appreciated. Thank you.

The location of toilet paper is out of reach..by looking at the room, can see the problem of space. There is nothing to suggest because the room was set up.

The staff was helpful and great value for the price. At first, I rented it only for one day since it worth for the price that I pay, I stayed there almost a month. When I travel to Fredericton next time definitely I will stay there.

This is getting a little too much.

Now you are really crossing the line and wasting my time.
