Inn At The Quay

I especially enjoy the view from the room and balcony, and the overall relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. The parking is covered and accessible to the hotel and promenade. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the Boathouse onsite is a great option too. I was happy to to be able to utilize the hot tub once again. The complimentary coffee and to go cup in the room is also appreciated.

The addition of brighter lighting in the underground parking is needed. The stir stick or preferred compostable item of such to stir my coffee with in the morning in the room was missing. There were numerous small children running around the exercise room/hot tub area. They were very rough on the equipment. (Adults only)? It's not set up for children. I also used the outside deck but was locked outside as the door locked immediately behind me. Luckily there was a side back door around the other way that was unlocked. This shouldn't be a worry if a guest is allowed and able to access the beautiful patio deck to enjoy.

Great to stay here again and this time as a surprise getaway for our friend in a group. Hotel reservation supervisor Erin was very helpful with making special arrangements for us prior to arrival day. Always assisting with changing requests for the group rooms. Very helpful Hotel team in accommodating us and welcoming us back. And o LOVE the lobby Christmas decorations!

On arrival changes previously agreed, appeared to have been changed by the manager and the front desk assistant was very helpful in looking back into bookings and revert the changes to what was agreed with me already.

Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. Servers were cheerful. Corner view of Quay was delightful. Room was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff were pleasant. Proximity to daily destination of Royal Columbia Hospital to be with family member was perfect.

I think that daily parking should be included in the cost of room.

Clean room, nice staff, great location

The rate was outrageous. We didn't have a choice to book at that hotel, as we were vacating our nearby condo before relocating overseas, but $379 a night is silly. Used to be good value, but not anymore. Wish the rate was more inline with other properties in New Westminster and Burnaby.

Lots to see and do around the hotel at really any time of day. Just across the street/train tracks from the sky train station, so it was very easy to get around Vancouver. The restaurants, shops and and market nearby are great, and the view over the Fraser River from the room’s balcony is nice. We had a great dinner at the Boathouse restaurant as well. There is some construction going on further down the boardwalk, but we found the hotel was still very quiet and the area was quite lively. We were able to make use of the gym, sauna, and hot tub facilities on the second floor a few times during our stay. It’s a small spot, but clean and never too busy. Staff always greeted us in the lobby and hallways and were helpful and considerate when our plans changed and we had to amend our booking dates after we had arrived. Overall a great stay in New West.

Hotel room was clean and quiet with very interesting views of the Fraser River, including tug boats pulling long log rafts. The nearby boardwalk is fun to explore and includes several good restaurants and the river market.

Underground parking was a little confusing with two different pay stations. If staying at the hotel, park in a specific numbered hotel spot then proceed to the reception desk to arrange payment.

I loved the view, and the room was lovely. The umbrella was a nice touch. The bathroom was great; I liked the scent of the soap. I have never had such great coffee in any place I've stayed! Your staff was very accommodating.

A comfortable easy chair in the room would've been nice. I found the 'sort of 'easy chair that was in the room rough and uncomfortable. The Boathouse isn't the greatest, but the Pizza delivery was fast. I am surprised at how few places have a cafe where one could order breakfast. I don't mean the generic continental.

It's far from downtown Vancouver, but it's a calm and luxurious corner, and the view from the hotel is also great! The hotel was also beautiful, it was quiet because there were no group travelers, and the staff was very kind.

Great location. The staff were extremely helpful and pleased. Clean. Great views.

Nothing really but as you arrive you are given a gift of bottled water wrapped in more single use plastic. There were a few things that they could chose more sustainable options. But we appreciated that there were real glasses provided.

We liked the proximity to our son's family. We appreciated the fact that all facilities functioned properly.

We -- I -- didn't like the price, the cost, but we accepted it. Access to the hotel by car was too often blocked by trains.
