Magnuson Hotel Creston

The two restaurants attached to the hotel were really good. The sushi place was delicious and big portions. The pond and seating area in the middle of the parking lot was super cute, enjoying sitting there in the evening. I seen they also had a BBQ there didn't use it but I think its for the guests. The view across the street of the mountains was also nice.

The room smelt a little weird but when we stayed at the hotel there were lots of wildfires going on around us and sometimes it was so smoky you couldn't even see the mountains.

Didn’t go for breakfast but dinner food was good and reasonable price. Perfect area for happy hour with tables, umbrellas, water ponds and smoking allowed. People also had small outdoor grill and made their own appetizers. Room was ground floor as requested with great amenities and very comfortable clean beds and ac worked good. Chairs at each room door nice to sit out for coffee in the morning.

Not a thing was really impressed with property and owners.

The hotel did not provide breakfast. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was no tea (I am a tea drinker). I had breakfast at the A & W next door.

I was unable to watch TV. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or how to choose channels. Also, my Wi-Fi experience was not good.

There is a small restaurant on the premises for dinner and breakfast. The staff were clean and very friendly. The food was great. The facilities ( and I am very fussy) were clean and well maintained. Enjoyed sitting outside our room on the small patio table and chairs provided. We did not get this at any other motels we stayed at on our trip.

None. Everything was great.

No breakfast facilities, but plenty of close restaurants to choose from, close by. Location and view, staff were very nice. Rooms were very clean, bed was too soft for our likings. Was pet friendly, they are family too.

Beds, and where you park could be better organized.

There turned out to be no breakfast served at the Motel but A&W was right next door as was Save-On Foods.

The air conditioner was quite loud so did impact my husband's sleep. Unfortunately due to the hot temperatures, the room was too hot to not use the air conditioner at night

Great motel, staff were friendly and helpful. We rode in on motorcycles and were able to park at our room, They have created a beautiful area in the heart of the outdoor space, to sit back and relax. There are two restaurants on site, both were busy. We had dinner from the sushi restaurant and it was delicious.

There was some sand in the parking area. As a motorcycle rider this makes it slippery for us. It's an easy fix with a broom.

The staff were very helpful. I had one issue with the cable television and one of the staff came to my room immediately and resolved the issue.

The front desk is not manned constantly. I had to use their front desk phone three times before someone showed up. About a twenty minute wait to check in. A minor inconvenience in these busy times.

The place was centrally located and only a few block away from the main strip with food and restaurants. It was convenient to make the booking and they even turned on AC before I arrived :)

The AC was very loud and almost louder than the passing train, which did in fact wake me up during the night. Oh well, that was really the only issue. Clean water in the taps and sheets on the bed - all good.

Good location; on our route. Check-in was easy. Staff friendly. Spacious room. Efforts made to upgrade.

Air conditioning was set at 60F when we arrived, so very cold in the room. Not surs why set at that temp. Older toilet and handle had to manually be 'released'; so toilet was running when we arrived.
