The room was great, staff was great, room clean and spacious.

Breakfast was served on plastic on plastic on plastic. What does it cost to hire a person to wash 200 plates and cups after breakfast ??? This is not a Covid thing - it's greed. Plastic is killing the planet - having just travelled extensively to Europe and witnessed how hardly anybody used plastic items anymore makes me wonder why we can't do the same! I think in all of the these hotel chains now the front desk person also cleans, serves in the dining room etc - it is uncivilized and pitiful. That's why I rated it "6" in comfortable - I don't feel comfortable eating with plastic. Booking.com should include a sustainable rating.

Friendly staff. Really nice decoration and rooms. Clean. Honestly a lot nicer than expected for the pricing. Booking was easy too. Pet friendly. :D

Very noisy. Piano in the middle of the night that went on for hours idk if it was loud lobby music or what? Lots of loud bangs? Doors slamming at like 3am and people taking showers.. Had to keep the fan on all night for the white noise to drown out the piano. Such a lovely place but hard to sleep. Not really the hotels fault I guess but it would've been nice to get some quiet time.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptional, very soft and pleasing for a great night sleep. Breakfast was filling with many choices to enjoy in a room filled with sunshine. Great morning atmosphere. Hotel is in a good location by the airport for easy access. I arrived very late due to a four hour flight delay and was greeted by a smiling, pleasant person at registration. This was greatly appreciated and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The 24hr coffee machine with 10 diffetent options for coffee. We came in cold from work a couple times a day and it was nice to have a hot chocolate. It was on a good central location between Leduc and Nisku where we were working.

The fact that the blackout blinds were removed in our room and it was fairly bright at night while we slept. And this is a one off but our room was not tended to (garbages and towels for 3 days) till we asked for it to be freshened up.

A thoughtful breakfast selection of items that the majority of people will enjoy. Especially the hot sausage and eggs. Thank you

-Nestle juice. Much research/information available that they do not treat people well in the areas they get their resources from. A very dark company. -Would be nice if fruit selection was fresher, and with more options. - would appreciate it if the damage deposit was not taken off the card until after inspection of room with guest present.

Good location with close proximity to the airport. We had dinner at the adjacent Raddison hotel restaurant called LumberJacks. It’s a couple minutes walk away. Excellent variety on the menu. The butter chicken is excellent if you enjoy it a little spicy! Also a good selection of bar drinks.

Maybe it’s just me, I don’t sleep well on a firm pillow … mattress was fine. A variety of pillows should be fairly standard in a good hotel … from firmer to softer so all can enjoy a good sleep. A wash cloth in the bathroom would also have been appreciated.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Coffee was excellent! We slept very well in the king bed with wonderful pillows.

We heard some vehicle noise in the night but putting the fan on for white noise helped. The breakfast could have stayed on until 10:30 am as we were exhausted from a trip and wanted to sleep in some more. 9:30 was cutting it close.

Breakfast was fine. fresh coffee and real creamer for coffee every morning. Bed was comfortable, room was cleaned as specified in booking, every three days.

Same trash was left in hall way container for days. Hallways are noisy, caused by rude guests.

I asked for accomodation for my memorable proposal and you guys made it happen. I am exceptionally thankful to all staff with mention of Arsh, and a ??russian receptionist and I guess an indian receptionist(sorry I dont know the names) you guys made it memorable for my proposal night and she said yes.

errm , maybe some air condition remotes by bedside will be nice for regulation

the breakfast was good, location was very good the room was very nice and large air condition was excellent it was great having the microwave and fridge and a nice tv to watch lots of channels' I would certainly stay at this hotel again whenever I go to Edmonton thanks to all the front desk staff.

more towels in the bath room, room need good vacuuming garbage bin in room overflowing with garbage, the hallway in the corridor have many stain on the carpet.
