The Kanata Fort Saskatchewan

The hotel is close to where we are headed for our destination. There are lots of stores/shops around that were helpful, including a grocery store just across the parking lot, and several options for fast food. The staff is great and the breakfast in the morning was a nice additions. It helps with travel cost. Complimentary laundry was VERY helpful. The bed was way better than our last stop.

The price was a little higher than we hoped but was manageable and the food/laundry options helped offset that. All the halls look alike so it was difficult to orient yourself sometimes.

The breakfast was good and the location was in a convenient location. There was a good variety and it was in roomy location. The staff were there to make sure that we had enough to eat.

I can't say that there was anything except there wasn't enough soap in the bathroom.

Excellent facilities, good sized room. We found the king bed very comfortable and the towels were thick and luxurious. Friendly staff were helpful in finding a good locally owned restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast options were minimal.

The staff were genuinely helpful, courteous and friendly! Their professionalism really stood out to me. I would not hesitate to stay with Kanata Fort Saskatchewan again! I will also consider other locations if this is how they model hospitality! Well done!

add I’m scared to give us a really high rating because every hotel in Fort Saskatchewan that I give a really high rating the prices go through the roof but this is far the best hotel that I’ve stayed in in Fort Saskatchewan I am totally impressed

Easy to find. Ample parking. Close to desired stores and restaurants as well as easy access to meeting rooms in building nearby. Quick effortless check in and out. Awesome breakfast. Comfortable beds.

No pub on site heh heh.

A very good venue and a very good hotel. Overall. It's really good, although it can get better. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I always try to stay there.

You have to renew the WiFi every 24 hours, which is a hassle. Why not give people a week? There's no way to abuse that, as once people leave, they're gone. Breakfast is a quite limited, and there was lots of flies around the buffet.

I travelled with my dogs and the hotel staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is in the perfect location, it was clean and the room was very spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

There was snow clearing going on in the parking lot so it was a wee loud outside the room(first floor) and they worked rather late

A beautiful hotel, great location right on the edge of Fr. Saskatchewan, nice new building, incredibly nice staff and facility.

Great stay-cation!! The front desk fellow was fantastic. It is so rare to have people from the hospitality industry so committed to their job these days. I wish I got his name but you will notice him - beak face mask, adorable bow tie, and quirky wonderful humour. The hotel was very clean and modern.

The breakfast offered. You would be better served to either figure out a hot option, up your game on the “continental” - inexpensive charcuterie, or just don’t.
