Saem Siemreap Hotel

My family loved this hotel, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was lovely and peaceful to sit by and refreshing. Food was good but the stand out for us was the amazing staff. They were all fantastic but I must mention Sochin the receptionist who was exceptional in her customer service. She assisted us to arrange tours and activities, advise us on the local attractions and talk to us about her culture. She arranged our bus tickets to PP and I also must mention Chariya, also from reception, who accompanied us to the bus stop to ensure we were at the right place. This was so appreciated and unexpected, the staff really do go above and beyond. The location is not far from the main town, $3 in a tuk tuk, drivers are based at the hotel for convenience. Could not fault the hotel, great value.

Staff were super friendly & helpful. Property photos don’t do it justice, it’s so much nicer. Quality linen, super clean, whole property is like new. Family room is two spacious bedrooms with ensuites & a large sitting room in the middle. The room was at the front of the property so a bit noisy with the bars across the road at night until about 10pm, but super quiet throughout the day & never heard anyone in other rooms. Good from the restaurant is quality, tasty & a good price for a night/day in enjoying the pool. We had the Saem burger & Club sandwich. Both excellent. Breakfast is great too. My husband & I both had a massage in the day spa - the best massage we’ve had on holiday - therapeutic for our sore muscles but also relaxing.

We stayed off season and there were very few other guests. Wonderful experience throughout. Amazing customer service delivered with a smile. Kind and genuinely caring staff made our stay so special. Our little boy turned five whilst we were in Siemreap and the hotel surprised us with a cake delivered to our room by staff signing happy birthday. It was incredibly generous and made his day special. Great location. You can book a car directly with the hotel to take you around the small and the large Angkor Wat circuit. They protect the rooms and the garden/pool area from insects. We felt very safe and taken care of.

I liked the service from the beginning and how we were made to feel welcomed straight away. Transition from checking in to arrival was smooth. All services/ facilities/timings were explained effectively and staff were super friendly. Breakfast in the morning was a welcomed treat, gtm and spa/massage facilities were great along with the pool area which again was fantastic. I would definately stay here again in the future!

The first thing is the service, since you arrive they give you all the explanations necesary and show you the facilities, anything you need they can help you with a smile in their faces. They can help you with any visit you want to do, the swimming pool is a good space, the spa is good with a fair price and the breakfast is very good. They include the transportation from and to the airport.

The only thing could be the location but nothing to worry about it, they always have tuc-tuc(taxis) services available. Finally, it is only 10 min or less from the downtown.

The photos online don’t do the property justice. It feels like an oasis away from the heat & hubbub of the streets. Every thing is new, clean & comfortable, Pool is fantastic, I had a room beside the pool which is brand new & quiet (a little bit of noise from neighbours a few times but noting that affected my stay). All the staff are super friendly and helpful, I felt like a VIP the whole stay. Special call out to Phat Sochin in the reception area who couldn’t do enough to make my stay perfect. The breakfast buffet is lovely - great coffee & omelette. Good choice of options. I ate from The restaurant a few times & it was fresh & delicious - had the Saem burger for a late lunch which was super tasty (recommend!) & the Carbonara pasta for dinner. Transfer from the airport was easy - loved the cold towel & bottle of cold water after the long flight. Good suggestions of tours from reception - highly recommend the Vespa cultural tour for something different to Angkor Wat & the temples.

The overall ambience of the hotel, from the friendly welcome upon arrival to the beautiful rooms and view over the tropical gardens and pool, and particularly the pool, which we called our water temple.

I loved this hotel - there is very little that could be improved. Only minor suggestion would be to include hair conditioner with the hair shampoo, in the bathroom. The central console to manage the air-conditioner was a little tricky to use at first however once I worked it out it was fine. Some Cambodian food on the in-house menu would also be lovely.

Room was lovely and quiet. Staff was superb and try to anticipate each guest’s needs. Were helpful in planning itineraries to see various temple complexes. Hotel provides complimentary car to/from airport. Also, hotel has a comfortable car and knowledgeable driver on staff. Car/driver is reasonably priced; and cold towel and cold bottle of water were very appreciated after touring temples on hot days. Good breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items and eggs were made to order. Beautiful pool.

Weights in gym only went up to 10 kilos.

The staff are great,good at heart, polite and helpful. Five star for the staff.yay.. The hotel at the outset is well maintained and has a good location. the rooms are good to stay ,pretty comfortable and adequately furnished.

Lack of electricity sockets to charge mobile phones and it's not near the bed. Careful with the hot water in the shower. Its boiling. Choice at Breakfast is decent but not wow.

Very nice hotel The pool was perfect after a day of exploring Angkor Temples The staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged til tuk when we needed as well as some tours in Angkor Wat The room was very comfortable

The hotel is approx. half an hour from Siam Reap Center (restaurants and bars). We usually took a tuk tuk to get there which was arranged by the hotel. It worked great that way.
